I ran over to him.
"Teo, what happened to you!?"
"T-Ty? Get out of here.. A-A-Ayo will hurt me again.." he whimpered.
"I'm calling the police, all this shit is crazy.. This is why you weren't at school?"
As I spoke I pulled out my phone, dialing 911. Mateo snatched my phone out of my hand. I tried to get it back, but he stood up and held it away from me.
"Teo, let me call the police! Look at how beat up your face is.."
"Ty, it's really none of your business anyways. Look, d--"
I jumped and grabbed the phone then ran into the closet. I closed the door and locked it, then proceeded to call the police. The operator asked me all that basic shit and I told her that my friend was injured and that his brother was abusing him and all that. She asked me to stay on the line, so I did.
Eventually, the cops came and I got off the phone with her and came out of the closet. Teo stood at the window, peeping out the blinds.
"Put some boxers on.." I groaned, covering my eyes.
I waited a few seconds. After some shifting he told me to open my eyes. He had on a white t-shirt and some basketball shorts.
"That's better. Now come with me." I said, softly grabbing his hand and leading him outside.
As soon as I opened the door, I seen Ayleo in the back of a cruiser and Ki still angry, trying to fight. An officer tased him and they carried him to another car. I lead Teo to the ambulance and told the same thing I told the 911 operator.
The paramedics helped him into the back of the ambulance and shut the doors. Out of nowhere, and officer approached me.
"You're coming with me young lady."
