Chapter 3 - The Unplanned Situation

ELLE'S POV :

Dad had told me a bunch of things which I might tend to forget, so let's brush it up again, 1) go to my room and keep my door locked,

2) Hide the keys, don't open the door until he tells me to and

3) To close all my windows, just for extra protection

Yup I got all right, after I finished with the safety precautions, I went to the washroom and washed my face, made my hair and brushed my teeth getting ready for bed

while I was settling on the bed, I heard noises downstairs and figured out that the Alpha must have come, I felt my heart heavy peculiarly as if it weighed Tons,

"OH Moon Goddess, please let Andi slide down his anger and don't let him do anything stupid, please, please, please" I prayed,

I began to feel nervous as hell, I walked towards the door and stuck my ears against it, straining them trying to hear the conversation taking place in the hall, but to no vain I could only hear muffled voices because of the distance, slowly the discussion started heating up as I could hear growls erupting from the meeting room and my nervousness intensified with it, I felt some one being banged up against the wall as my door shuddered cause' of it,

Suddenly my back jolted with a worst pain ever, I heard my dad's roars growing louder. My throat tightened, it felt like somebody was choking me to death, I started to see black dots in my vision , my breathing got heavy and in a few seconds I couldn't even breath, hot tears started to fall on my cheek which was now frozen, and it hurt, hurt so much for a girl to handle,

It was like an invisible person was choking me and I couldn't do anything but try to struggle out of the person's grip, I was way above the ground level, my feet were quivering and felt so weak due to the lack of oxygen, then

'BANG' I was on the floor, a hard impact on my butt indeed, still I was relieved and glad that I was strong enough to hold on this long and not faint at the very moment. I heard footsteps approach near my door, being afraid I started to squirt away from it, the person began to pound hardly on the door and called out

"Elle, dear are you all right, darling open the door please"

I knew it was my dad but it was really dire to get moving towards the door

"Eli" he called out again, I started taking small and slow steps while he called out persistently, when I reached the door, I took out the key from my pocket and unlocked all the bolts leisurely, as I unsealed everything,

I saw my dad standing right in front of the door and I fell in his opening arms and hugged him, I noticed Alpha Reeds right beside him with a worried look on his face and gave me a weak smile which I returned by smiling back.

Unexpectedly I felt an agonizing pain in my head which caused my head to bleed intensely and I cried out due the pain that went rushing towards my brain, it seemed like a glass piece went into my head because just then I heard a heavy glass being broken,

There was a loud bang on the main door and a harsh growl followed by it, a gush of wind which hit me forcefully making the blood to burn into my skin and went around me, could have carried me away but my dad's arms protected me well. Dad gazed at my head which was overflowing with blood,

''The pain kills me inside dad, it hurts too badly" I started to cry,

"Sshh! Princess" he consoled "everything will be all right, I am so sorry this happened to you Elle",
