We pulled into Koby's driveway and he was sitting outside with his backpack slung over one shoulder. "Who's oh uh hi Trey what are you doing here ?" Koby looked at me with a confused face. Trey kinda saw the wolf inside Charlie out and he is not giving up on his little sister so he's coming with us so just shush it and get in the car " I opened the passenger side door beside me in the back. " Nice to know your still here Koby " Trey looked back half laughing but a tear went down his cheek. Koby and Trey have a good friendship history kinda actually why I resented Trey for a good while. Koby and Trey fist bumped then Trey put the car back in drive. " Okay we are going to need some life supplies like food and water if we are doing this correctly there is a 7/11 right outside of town we'll stop there grad some supplies and completely fill up my babies tank " Trey patted the wheel of his car while making a turn. " Your right sounds like a plan bud " Koby replied to Trey and they both laughed as Charlie and i looked at eachother. " Ewww bromance " Charlie and i both said half laughing taunting the boys. Koby grabbed my hand and leaned in kissing me softly " I'm not attracted to guys and you know that ". In that moment the whole van grew silent no one spoke at all the only thing you could hear was the cars engine. Charlie broke the silence after a few minutes. " Uh Koby so how do we control when and where we wolf out " Koby then looked at me and asked " I don't know i never have been able to control it but Meg seems to have found a way because she hasn't even seen herself yet so whats the big secret " i sat think of an answer. " Well i guess im cool headed compared to both of you " Charlie and Koby both looked at each other and shrugged it off. From there to 7-11 no one talked we all just stared at our windows looking at everything we were leaving behind. When we got to 7-11 we all got out of the car and i watched Koby go over to Trey and give him a big hug then take $200 out of his hand while having a little conversation before walking back over to Charlie and I. " Okay so Trey wants one hundred of this on gas and the rest is for essentials " Charlie and i both nodded at each other then back at Koby. We all went in the store together Charlie and i quickly grabbed 5 gallons of water sitting it in the store cart. " Hey Koby can you grab dried jerky, nuts, and some protein bars Charlie and i need to go " I pointed at the bathroom and he nods us off motioning his head the same direction. " When you come out go to the van i'll probably already be out there " we both nodded and walked towards the bathroom. Inside the bathroom there was two girls dressed to the 9s fixing their makeup. Charlie and i went into the stalls and did what we needed done. I came out of the stall before her and washed my hands half listening to the other two girls conversation over hearing them say " look at her cunt of a friend " really loud as Charlie walked out of the stall and began to wash her hands. I looked in the mirror and my eyes were growing red i smirked turning to the girls " YOU CAN POKE FUN OF ME BUT NEVER MY BESTFRIEND " my voice was deep and my eyes now had blood dripping from them. Charlie took a few extra paper towels grabbed me and ran dragging me behind her while i covered my eyes. As we ran outside Charlie screamed at her brother " TREY GO NOW " within seconds we were all in the van my head resting on Koby's shoulder removing the npkin from my eyes and Koby's mouth dropped " You are no hound".
