Koby is gone he's never coming back. He left us an amulet with the symbol from his shoulder engraved on it. The mutants still rising from below and Koby's family want nothing to do with it. Leaving Charlie and I to fight the hell below.
"Hey Charlie is it too much to ask if you have an extra pillow and phone charger laying around I can't go home my grandparents are home" she grabbed the pillow quickly from her room then a charger off her desk and handed them to me in a huge shopping bag. "Thanks alright are we already" Trey and Charlie both looked at each other then back at me and nodded. "Alright then we are off" I open the front door to the darkness and turned on my phone flashlight motioning them out then holding light on the knob for Trey to lock the door behind us. "Let me text Koby to tell him what's going on" I turn the messages on and texted Koby. "Hey Charlie kind of wolfed out and....... her parents know we gotta run" and within a minute he messaged back "WHAT OMFG I'll be ready by the time you get here love you and watch in the dark you have no idea what creatures lurk".

"Hey let's take my car I own it so my parents can't do anything about me taking it and I can legally drive being almost 19" Trey tossed his keys up in the air then motioned us towards his minivan. "Do you have money for gas if you run out" Charlie asked her brother. Trey pulled three hundred bucks out of his black hoodie pocket. "I have plenty more than this saved up and of course I brought it all with me" Trey half smirked. "Alright then I see no reason not to make this faster by driving" I said then Trey nodded and we made our way to his car and hopped in. Trey driver, Charlie shotgun, and me back behind the driver. "So uh where two ladies" Trey looked back at me then over at his sister. "Trey this is hard to explain right now but we got to go get Koby" I kind of said awkwardly. "But he's........" he took a long pause "dead isn't he". I shook my head no and he made a weird face. "Alright to Koby's it is" Trey ignited the engine already knowing where he lived and we were on our way.
