NOTE: all of this is VERY... not well developed. Like, I started doodling in math class and came up with a handful of characters that I really liked and I was just kinda like, "huh. I should write about these guys."
So here goes absolutely nothing!
One scholar, two mercenaries, one living legend, and one very sarcastic dragon-dwarf walk into a bar...
And decide to find a fabled city of magic.
(Super basic) character analysis:
Zephyr (far right) was born with the curse of curiosity, which is not very fitting for a farm girl. She left home at eleven, when her father died (maybe just straight up left, in not sure yet), to pursue a career in magic as a healer, but inevitably found herself drawn to the school of destruction. By sixteen, she's a fully fledged battlemage. She's horribly naive, though, and thinks of herself as the stereotypical mighty protagonist, which she 100% is not.
Fiametta (far left): a member of a mercenary guild, alongside her girlfriend, Willow (second from the left), who also works night shifts as a bartender.
Adrienne (middle) is a very sarcastic thief with literally zero morals and no idea why she's even on this impromptu quest. She was just bored on a Friday night and decided to tag along with these losers.
Adam (second from right) is a bit more of an enigma. Just kidding, he's a total dork with no coordination whatsoever. He literally ran into the group while they were trudging through a forest and they decided to let him come with them after they rescued him from poachers. He really begrudgingly follows the others, but he's too afraid to turn back and go home once they've gotten far enough away from his forest. Funny thing about Adam is that he's part of this supposedly super powerful race of spellcasters and navigators, but he can't navigate his way out of a paper bag. He's just really cute, ok?And then there's Remi (bottom). She's Zephyr's pet/companion/mount, and she's super loyal and really fast. Remi makes my life complete.
The entire story is basically just gonna be hijinks, sarcasm, and watching as the unlikely heroes luck their way out of situations that are a lot more serious than they seem to be. All leading up to some big reveal that I have not planned yet in the slightest.
Mind you, I just drew these guys like yesterday and I honestly just wanted to write this stuff down before I forgot.
