The Year Things Got Tricky

Truths reveiled part 1

Hermione knew what she had to do so after a nice and long bath she sent three letters one to her parents asking if only she could come for a visit, she needed the time away from her kids and work and the second letter to the one and only Draco Malfoy asking if he wouldn’t mind watching the twins for the next week and yes she understood that he is a busy man at work but that she needed time away from everything including the twins and work she would even set up day care for the twins with their cousin Albuse at Harry and Ginny's place. The last letter was a last resort it was to Harry and Ginny asking no scratch that pleading for them to take the twins during the day so that Draco could work and so that she could take a week away from the twins, her job, Ron, and the fame that came with being in the Golden Trio. She also had to make sure to tell her that Draco was indeed the farther of the twins and that he loves them very much, and that she was incredibly sorry for not telling her sooner. Once all the letters were sent to the proper person using her owl that she had to place the names in neat writing on the front in the order they were to be delivered.

Not even an hour later she got a reply from her parents, Ginny, and now she was only waiting for Draco’s when there was a distinct POP sound in her living room.

' Hermione Jean Granger! I want to talk to you about this letter I received. '

'You can’t mean the letter telling you that I want to go on a holiday with no kids to visit my parents? I haven’t seen them in so long and you told me last week that you wanted to spend more time with Your kids… wait where are the twins?> This can’t be happening the one night I let him have them over night and he forgets about them, this is just great Not!

<They are with my parents they are fine. Who im worried about is you, first Ron shows up really early, before I come and get the kids then he freaks out when he finds out im the farther. We then get into a screaming match over me taking the kids and now you want to go away for a week? Are you sure that’s the best plan, do you remember what happened last time you went on a week vacation?>

''I’m not stupid of course I remember what happened last time, it turned into a 10 m0nth vacation, 2 amazing kids, and even if this is going to hurt me saying this one of the happiest times of my life even if I did spend most of it with you. So yes I want and need to visit my parents they miss me and I need to get away from all this Drama that coming back to London has caused me. I even have day care set up for you.>

>If you’re sure you’ll be back in one week and that you won’t regret being away from Marry and Angelo for that long. And just so you know Hermione it was the best time of my life. I got 2 adorable little kids who I love to pieces, and they have an amazing mother. I’ll let you go if you think that you need it that badly. < Draco took three steps forward to wrap Hermione in a huge as she had silent tears falling down her face since he got there and who know how much before that. He gently picked her up and carried her to bed like all those years ago when they were together and she would get letters from her friends asking how she was and where in the world she was.

*Draco's Point Of View* A few hours earlier

'Daddy, daddy, daddy! '

'Yes, what is it my handsome boy? '

'Here’s an owl an owl a he window.'

'Well if you would look at that, I’ll read it if you go and find your sister ok? Its probably from Mummy asking how you two are doing knowing her.'

'Mother, farther can you look after the twins for a while I have to go deal with an issue.'

Òf course, I want to get to know my two little grandkids as much as I can before they are taken back to their mothers house tomorrow. Who is the….' How was I to stay and listen to her ask who their mother was when I wasn’t even sure I wanted to tell them myself? I loved the, but how would they react? These are only a few of the questions that went through my mind as I appeared to Hermione's house.

She looked really good that summer, wait no make that she always looked good but that year was amazing, we had a lot of memories till the Quidittch world cup and my life was pulled in all different directions.
