"how can you remember that?"
"its like a familiar smell,you get back a tiny bit of memories" april turns to me,she scans me up and down.
"I'm guessing when he was at his maze he was a runner..." she says rumbing her chin,lillian nods and turns back to Jamie.
"if you exuse me,id like to make sure he survives..." april and I walk out of the tent.
"who are you really?" she asks banging me against a tree "w-what?!"
"I know your not just some glader who just appeared out of thin air!" she says,she pushes down my chest as I feel the tree start to dig in my back.
"I c-cant remember!i am a glade-" she bangs me to the ground "your not a glader!your just another trick from them!"
"*cough* no I'm *cough* not!" I spit the blood from my mouth onto the ground,it shines ruby red on the green grass.
"I don't trust just anyone who comes out of that hole!so why should I trust you?" she says picking me up by my arm.
"rule number one *cough* gladers don't kill other gladers!" she thinks for a bit as if figuring out what to do know with this new information.
"ok!your a glader!" she drops me,i feel a sharp pain erupt in my side."what did you think I was?"
she stays silent then turns,she hands me a photo "see her" I look at the picture to see a girl with brown hair and blue eyes.
"y-yes" I say nodding,she looked normal.olive skin,white teeth and a bright smile."her name was ember,she was one of my most trusted friend until..."
"until what?" she takes a deep breath "until she went blood thirsty and tried to kill everyone and was...banished..."
she points to the northen gate,i imagine the girl walking out of it...never to return...
