Chapter 10: New Enemy

Y/N's POV

There was an explosion at town this morning, so we all decided to check it out. The town was being destroyed, at first we all thought it was Eggman again but it turned out to be someone else. It was a cat with pink fur, orange eyes, she was wearing a purple jacket with white colored fur at the end of the sleeves, with white heeled boots. Her white gloves have some kind of symbol on them.

Glory: "Who is that?"

Emi: "I've never seen her in the show before."

Chrono: "She must be a new character or something."

Starflight: "Us being brought here must had also brought new villains."

Me: "Gee, then I wonder what this one can do."

As if right in quo the cat girl suddenly snapped her fingers and threw fire at us. Glory ran in front and shield us with Mirror Coat. The cat girl seemed pissed she didn't get to hit us.

Cat girl: "You'll pay for that!" *attacks again with fire*

Glory's Mirror Coat was holding off the attacks as if it was nothing to her, although the hole continuing attacking thing and her staying in the same state of position to protect us was draining her energy, and fast.

Glory: "You have to stop her, I can't hold these attacks forever!"

Sonic: "Don't worry Glory, we'll get her."

All except Glory: "Right!"

Glory: "Then hurry guys, hurry!"

Me: "We will."

We all ran out of the shields protection and tried to attack our enemy with our own attacks one by one but she kept dodging them all. It was actually a luckily thing me and the others have fighting lessons back home, and I fight in street fights to get money or else we would easily be defeated by her.

Cat girl: "You're all so annoying!" *trows fire at us*

Me: "Duck!"

All: *ducks their heads*

Amy: "Watch it! That nearly hurt us!"

Cat girl: "That's the idea, princess."

Amy: *growls* "what did you call me?"

Sonic: "Just who are you anyway?"

Cat girl: "I'm Frits the elemental cat of flames."

Shadow: "Tsk! She has quite the title."

Knuckles: "Don't you think that titles a bit too long for you?!"

Me, Glory, Emi, Chrono, Starflight and Kazelma: *says in our minds while sweat drops* "like he's one to talk."

Frits: "Enough playing around!"

All: "Huh?" *looks at Frits's confuse*

Frits: "Time to end this."

As Frits jump in the air she raises both her hands and created a big ball of fire, then threw it down on us.

Starflight: "Silver, help me!"

Right on quo, Silver and Starflight both use their psychokinesis to control the ball of fire and threw it back to its owner. Frits was hit and fell to the ground with smoke coming from her pink fur and jacket. She seemed knocked out at first but she suddenly started to get up. She looked at all of us with death in her eyes, if looks could kill I'd probably be dead since I was looking straight at her eyes were I could see fire bursting from them, it was like I was looking at the fires of hell.

Frits: *points a finger at all of us* "I'll be back! And when I do I'll be even stronger! Stronger than I am now! Remember, this isn't over!"

After that she ran away, fire burst from the heels of her boots and she disappeared after the burning flames vanish. Well that was overly dramatic, but still. It seems we've got a new opponent that wants to destroy us, and whatever her intention was I doubt it's good.
