Chapter 2: Enter A New World Gang

Third Person's POV

As the friends felt a strange feeling run down their bodies they didn't realise that they were already being taken to another world, one that they might find rather familiar.

Meanwhile at the laboratory of Dr. Eggman. Explosions were coming out of its walls as Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends fought.

Sonic: "You're going down Eggman!"

Dr. Eggman: "Add doctor in my name! And you're too late!" *activates machine*

Sonic: "What is that?!"

Shadow: "How should I know."

Dr. Eggman: "This machine will use the power of the chaos emeralds and destroy you," *points at Sonic and his friends* "once and for all. And allow me TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!!"

Sonic: "Not if I can help it!"

As Sonic said that he runs towards the chaos emeralds and starts pulling one of them out of the machine without thinking causing it to malfunction.

Silver: "But Sonic, you don't even know what that's going to do!"

Sonic: *continues pulling the chaos emerald* "well it's a lot better than what we're going to see if I don't do anything."

As Sonic continues to pull the chaos emerald he was pulling it finally breaks free but it also causes a terrible explosion in the lab. Using the power of the chaos emeralds the friends manage to escape before the explosion could happen.

Y/N's POV

I was finally beginning to wake up I felt something brush through my cheeks. I slowly opened my eyes and found grass being blown by the wind causing it to brush itself on my cheeks. I slowly got up from the ground I was laying on and found a bunch of strange colored figures laying on the ground with me.

One was a hedgehog with light red fur, he was wearing a blue jacket, white gloves, and red running shoes like Sonic but with yellow lines on the side of the white.

The other was another hedgehog with green fur, wearing a sleeveless red jacket, white gloves and plain red running shoes.

The other hedgehog had purplish-black fur, wearing a green jacket with short sleeves, white gloves and white running shoes with the same design as the first hedgehog only the lines were red.

The third hedgehog looked like a female with the same hair style as Amy, she had light blue fur, while wearing an aquamarine top with a navy blue skirt, white gloves and pink running shoes.

Now the next figure looked like a cat with orange-gold fur, wearing a pink dress that had the same design as Cream's dress, she too wore white gloves and plain white running shoes with yellow lines.

I was confused for a moment before realising that I too look a bit different, I look at my reflection in a lake that was behind me and saw that I was a female hedgehog with (h/c) fur, wearing a (f/c) blouse as a top, (s/f/c) skirt along with (t/f/c) leggings with (f/c) running shoes and white gloves.

Me: "What am I? Besides being a talking hedgehog."

???: "Ugh..."

I heard someone grunting and look to where it was to find the red hedgehog waking up, rubbing his head for some reason.

Red hedgehog: "That voice..."

He looks up at me for a moment before jumping back and saying.

Red hedgehog: "(Y/n), is that you?!"

Me: *says in mind* "that voice..." *says out loud* "Chrono?"

Chrono: "Yeah. But what happen to you?"

Me: "Me? Look at yourself." *points to the water*

Chrono: *looks at himself in the water then gasp* "I'm a hedgehog! What happened?!" *looks at me*

Me: *shakes head at him* "I don't know, but I think we should wake up the other to see if they're okay themselves." *walks towards the others*

Me and Chrono woke everyone up and had them look at their reflection in the lake's water. They all gasp in surprise and all had shock faces in their faces like me and Chrono before.

Emi: "Holy star sights, I'm a cat!"

Starflight: "Actually Emi with your age right now you're actually called a kitten."

Emi: *looks at Starflight annoyed* "and you're not even shock about your appearance."

Starflight: "I am. I was just correcting your wrong grammar."

Glory: "Holy... I'm... I'm..."

But before any of us could hear Glory finish her sentence she squeals in shock. We all covered our ears to block the sound and waited for five seconds before she finally covered her own mouth with her own hands and examine herself again.

Me: "Calm down Glory."

I tried to calm her down but she was about to scream again but luckily Emi covered her mouth before a sound could come out from her mouth.

Emi: "Please don't scream," *covers her ears* "these cat ears are very sensitive."

Glory: "Oh sorry."

Chrono: *looks at me* "what do you think happen to us?"

Me: "I'm suspecting its because of that game we bought. It must had been a portal in reality and when we started playing its game its portal opened and we were all send here in Sonic's world."

Starflight: "That sounds a bit strange for a theory but it also makes a lot of sense, and it's the only theory that could be the cause of this."

Glory: "So what do we do?"

Me: "I say we should try and get back home as soon as possibl—"

But before I could finish we heard some kind of explosion not very far away from us and we all quickly turn our heads to see smoke coming from a far distance.

Emi: "Wh-what do you think c-cause that explosion?"

Me: "I don't know, but we're about to find out."

Once I said that I started running towards the smoke before even hearing a reply from my friends. They started running from behind me and we all eventually end up at some kind of junk pile filled with rocks and machines. What could have been the cause of this?
