Laughter: Laughing Jack Poem
It's in my name.
My sense of humor.
You will never be the same.
For I am a life consumer.
Luke, your precious son.
Sweeter than my candy.
He sure was lots of fun.
But now, he belongs to me.
I'm not just his imaginary friend.
I wish you paid attention.
But now he has come to an end.
You will never have affection.
They say that laughter is the best medicine.
But I have proved them incorrect.
My laughter can't heal those in need of medicine.
But you killed me and your son, that is correct.
But I wish you knew it.
We were best friends.
But his friend, you drove a knife through it.
And brought us both to our ends.
A mother and happy little boy.
Without "happily ever after".
You thought I was a toy.
But now, you forever hear my laughter.
