Alicia's POV
I'm super glad Jayy decided to help me. I really don't think I could've gotten Ange in the store by myself. As it was, I barely managed to get her to try anything on, and she didn't buy anything. She also insisted on paying for what I got, even though I'm practically torturing her by bringing her in here. I finally give in and allow her to pull me from the store. She literally runs out of there, dragging me behind her. She doesn't stop when we're out, though, and runs right past Jayy, who starts running after us. She runs into the next store, which is Forever 21, and grabs a black dress and starts rubbing the fabric of it against her cheek.
"Thank Jinxx for black clothing. No more pink, ever!" She shouts at me. Me and Jayy have to lean into each other to keep from falling over from laughing so hard.
"Okay, no more pink." I agree once I catch my breath. A few people are looking at us curiously. Ange, of course, has to actually shop now that she's in here. This is her favorite clothing store, for some odd reason. I look around curiously and see a nice looking shirt. It's black, and the top of the chest and sleeves are sheer. It looks like something Ange would wear. The fact that the sleeves are sheer means that the shirt can be worn in the summer, despite being long-sleeved. I grab a small and walk over to Ange who is looking at the price of a black sweater.
"Here you go hun. Go try this on." I say, handing her the shirt. She looks at it and smiles at me, then races to the fitting rooms. Jayy looks over at me and smiles.
"So are you actually Lesbian, or are you just Bi like Angel?" He asks.
"I'm Lesbian. Or, as Ange says it, I'm the real deal while she's just a poser." Jayy laughs at that.
"Well then, I guess I'm a poser too." He says.
"I thought you were the real deal." I say, honestly confused.
"No, I'm Bi, I just prefer men and I like to say I'm gay because I've never dated a girl." Jayy explains.
"Oh." I really didn't know that. Ange probably did, though. She knows pretty much everything. She comes out of the changing room with a huge smile on her face.
"Turn around." I say. She turns slowly so I can see the back. She'll have to wear a strapless bra, with it. The straps on the one she's wearing are black, so it doesn't look too bad, but strapless would be best. "It looks great on you." I say with a smile. She smiles at me and turns to Jayy.
"What do you think, Jayy Jay?" She asks.
"It looks cute." Ange's face falls. She hates that word. She says that cute is what you call little kids and that young women like her shouldn't be called cute. Luckily, I know how to counter it.
"It looks cute in a Gothy way." I say. She smiles.
"I'm gonna go change out of it." I follow her into the stall and she doesn't question me.
"Here, you're lucky we're the same bra size." I pull out the strapless bra I just bought and hand it to her. She smiles and hugs me.
"Thanks." Now she can wear it out of the store.
"Take the tag off and give it to me. I'll pay for it while you switch bras." She does as I say without arguing. I thought for sure that she'd insist on buying it. I slip out of the stall and walk to the cash register. Luckily, it's a girl that rings me up. "My girlfriend wants to wear the shirt she's getting out of the store, so I brought the tag up." I say, handing the tag to the woman.
