Amber's pov

Today I was going to his concerts, I wasn't able to meet him or even go to the q&a but I was privileged enough to get close tickets to the stage. I took the day off my casual work job months ago, even before I brought the tickets. I was taking my best friend Kirsten. It was December 3rd, (A/N: i went to the Melbourne show, on the 3rd of December 2017 and I took my bff as her Christmas Present... not that you guys care but ya know...). I woke up at around 7:00 because I was so excited woah, I spent the whole day jamming out to Shawn and getting ready, we left the house at about 2:00 and went to pick up Kirsten.

We arrived at the concert, and waited about 10 minutes in the merch queue, after that we made our way into the arena, and found our seats, the opening act was Julia Michaels, another one of my favourites, I was singing along the entire time, during my singing, I was looking around the arena and the stage, when my eyes landed on a pair of soft mesmerising caramel eyes, those being his.  I turned away and focused back on Julia and Kirsten, while I continued to sing along. 

Shawns pov:

I saw her, I didn't even know her name, or anything about her, but I could see her singing, I imagined that she sounded amazing, she was beautiful, after our eyes met, I continued to watch her sing along to Julia, and talk to what seemed to be her friend, I'm assuming. 

"Hey Shawn, you're on in 10." Andrew reminded me. I stopped watching her and went to finish getting ready.  I had sung all the songs and I purposefully left IDEKYN until last just for her, not that she'd realise. 

Amber's pov.. 

I had been singing along and filming the occassional video of Shawn singing, I was so proud of him, I did however find it weird that he had left IDEKYN till last, just because from the other shows he had it in the middle or at the start, but i ignored it and sang along, I did notice that Shawn was looking at me throughout the entire song. "Amber are you only just noticing?" Kirsten asked

"Noticing what?" I questioned. "That he has been looking at you." She started as I looked at her confusion written all over my face, "He has been staring at you all night, barley any other girl in this arena but you and everytime you looked at him he would smile and it was a true genuine smile." She finished, I can't believe my best friend had noticed before me, and he was more of my idol than hers. 

After the Concert

Once the show ended, me and Kirsten waited until most of the people had left, then we made our way out, we were still waiting for my mum to get me, so we quietly played Shawn's music, while I started singing quietly, before Kirsten begged me to sing louder, in which I refused at the beginning due to being in a town that is still somewhat busy at night, but then obliged when I noticed that there wasn't really anyone around.

As I finished roses, we heard a door open and close followed by what sounded like 3 people applauding me. I quickly snapped my head around along with Kirsten and saw Julia Michaels, Geoff and Shawn all standing their clapping and Shawn smiling.
