'Dear Annebella,

I am over joyed to hear from you finally. I miss you every day. The sun doesn't shine as bright when you aren't around, but I know that soon it will once you are by my side again. 

Onto the topic that is most important; I am happy, but worried about Skyler being with you. I know that she is safe with you, but at the same time I know that safety isn't always the most important thing, I know your father could do anything at any second if he wanted. I know you will keep her as safe as you can until I and the rest of the lads come.

Just now as I write this letter to you, Michael and Luke are taking Calum out to calm down and eat something. Moments ago Calum thought that he was two different people; I believe that this came about because he was finally told the truth. Believing that it is his power, our time to save you and Skyler is either closer then ever before, or farther away. If Calum is able to change the way he looks, it might get us into the castle. 

I will save you my love, even if it means losing my life. I will save you and Skyler, so Calum is happy, so you are free from that man. So you are safe, and know that you are loved.

"I believe in you Ashton. I know you and the lads can do it. Just please, hurry." I whisper looking out the bar covered window. I was so happy to get a letter back from Ashton, I have been so worried about him and the others. It seemed like worrying was the only thing that I could do for so long, it like I was a mother or something, even if I am, I mean to Luke and Michael, some days those two can get so out of hand, and then Ashton having to look after them along with Calum, it scares me. 

Ashton has always had the problems with trying to help everyone around him that he cares for. Even for being that age that he is, though looking like he's only 20, and acts younger then that some days, he's an old man, and he can't always keep up. His anger builds up quickly. I learned to live with that, and he always tried to change but it was never possible. 

I mostly worry about Calum now a days, I didn't get to have time with him to know if he could handle himself. I always just remember looking after him from a distance when he was with his host family. The year that he was meant to be leaving them, my father came back and took me from Ashton. I was scared for that small boy to have to learn all of this from Ashton, and what help they could get from Michael and Luke. 

It's always been a fight -or what really seems like a war, between my father and Ashton. I love them both dearly, no matter how cruel they can both be, I love them both and I worry about losing one of them to the other because of the stupid rivalry they have. I know that Ashton has never really put much of a thought into this rivalry; by that I mean, he never thought about the true reasoning for it, as he did believing that his main need was to protect his family, that was truly all Ashton cared about. 

I do wonder what would happen if either one of them got their way. If my father got his way, he would have killed Ashton long ago, most likely when he was only a small child that didn't know much about who he really was. Though Ashton never was able to use his full power until only a few hundred years ago, my father most likely still watched the boy waiting to see who he would become. His anger as already known grew more once he found that Ashton was mated to his daughter; that only drove the urge to kill Ashton more. My father was only after power, he believed that was all he needed in life to survive; if my mother was still around this would not be a problem, she always believed that power was not needed. 

That is where I feel Ashton comes into this more, Ashton reminds me much of my mother, strangely enough. They shared many of the same ideals, which has always made me turn to Ashton when I needed help, he always knew something that would help the situation. Weather it be slightly or completely, Ashton has always been in some way helpful.

I really only wonder what his exact plan will be, my father has been more greedy lately, needing power, any sort of kindness that he did have in his body, even if it was very little, is most definitely gone now. Ashton and the boys will need to work quickly if they hope to help me and Skyler, if they manage too. I'm still not sure how they will be getting close to here, my father has it guarded in every direction in a ten mile radius. 

Surely my confusion and hope will continue until they hopefully manage to make it at least into the castle grounds.
