Opening...
You sighed with aggravation. I can't believe this project is due in two days! A project that you guys had a whole month to work on, and you had nothing done. You honestly should've thought about who you partnered up with. One procrastinator was plenty enough. Having two together is worse.
You rushed your way out of SKY University and didn't realize you had left your partner behind. You stopped and did a 180. Scanning the crowd for a certain fellow procrastinator.
"(Y/N), wait up!" A cute voice called out to you. You looked in the direction of the voice and found the adorable blonde haired, purple eyed classmate. He finally caught up to you.
"Hey, I'm sorry for putting this thing off, but you don't have to be so mad!" He said, panting.
"I'm not mad, just stressed." You explained. You looked at his face, scanning for emotion. Shame and guilt covered it. You sigh, nothing in the world could make you mad at him.
"Don't worry about it Yoosung, I'm sure we can get it done. I'd say an all-nighter needs to be in place, but we'll get it done." Happiness shimmered in his eyes. His cheeks took a pink color.
"We can do it at my place!" Yoosung took his words for a different meaning. His face turned completely red. "The project! I mean do the project at my place. Not do IT as in-" You placed a finger on his lips, making him stop talking.
"I knew what you meant Yoosung. Calm down." You let your hand fall from his face. He nodded with rosy cheeks still visible. "Besides, I'm sure your place has better Internet than mine, with all that gaming you do you must have super high speed!"
Yoosung giggled. Is was rather cute. "Then it's settled! We're doing the project at my place!" Yoosung exclaimed in joy.
That night, you two had wrote a five page essay, but it needed to be ten. You sigh and looked over at Yoosung. He was struggling to keep his focus. He kept glancing at his phone. Typed a little bit and set it back down. Then he glanced across the room to his laptop. I think I saw him begin to stand, but stopped himself.
"I think it is time for a break Yoosung." I said. He dropped his pen and fell backwards onto the floor.
"Finally! I thought it would never happen!" You chuckled at his reply. You stood up from the coffee table and headed for the kitchen.
You soon heard Yoosung's steps behind you. "What're you doing?"
"Makin' snacks."
"Cool! Can I help?"
"Sure."
Yoosung smiled a big smile. His cheeks took a rosy color, which made your cheeks start to burn. Why is he so cute?
You started looking through his cabinets to see if you could find anything. Nothing but ramen, Marconi, and Honey Buddha Chips. Life of a college student. You thought as you headed to the fridge. A lot of stuff was found here. Eggs, ketchup, milk, etc.
You dig deeper into the fridge and found a can of croissant doe. You shrug your shoulders.
"This'll do. Catch." You say, tossing the can to Yoosung. He fumbles with it, but eventually gets his grip. As Yoosung pops the can against the counter, you two get to work. Pulling out pans and setting the oven too heat.
The oven was left with all the work now. You stretch your arms above your head and yawned. Meanwhile, Yoosung was unintentionally staring at you, lost in his thoughts. He had been pondering on whether he should tell you or not. His cheeks burned at the thought of it. He's tried telling you before, but it never came out right. It always turned into something irrelevant. He's even tried different approaches. It never seemed to work.
"Hey (Y/N,)" Yoosung said. You spun around to face him. "Yes?" His face turned a bright red color. He started to press his index fingers together. So cute. "I, um, I've been, uh, meaning to tell you, uh um, I-"
The oven timer cut him off. You opened the oven door and released the rich smell of the croissants. Yoosung's stomach growled loudly. You looked at him with wide eyes. He smiled and scratched his head. You started laughing. He was to cute. A light pink dusted your cheeks.
~Later at 1:30 a.m~
"We did it Yoosung!" You exclaimed.
"Yep. We sure did." Yoosung replied, seeming to be bothered by something.
"Hey what's up?" You ask concerned. Yoosung's eyes met yours, yearning for something. He bit his bottom lip, red painted his cheeks. "Whatever it is you can tell me, I'm always here for you." You say, placing your hand on his.
Yoosung began to slowly intertwine his fingers with yours. He built up his confidence all night, now was the time to tell you.
"(Y/N)," he squeezes your hand tightly. He takes a deep breath in. "I love you. Will you be my girlfriend?" He says rather fast. It takes you a moment to understand what he said. The longer it took, the redder both of your faces became.
"Yoosung I-" you began to reply but he cut you off.
"I'm sorry, you don't have to answer. ” He began to slip his hand out of yours. You tightened your grip, not letting him go. He looks back into your eyes.
" Yoosung I love you too!" You exclaim with tears of joy running down your face. You pull him into a hug, burying your face in the crook of his neck.
"(Y-Y/N)! Don't cry!" He strokes your hair, trying to calm you down.
"But they're good tears!" You announced, squeezing his body tightly.
"I know, but I don't like the fact your crying because of me." You pull away from him, your tears coming to a stop. You cup his face and pull his head towards him.
You planned to just rest your heads together, but Yoosung had different plans. He passionately kissed you, pulling your body closer to his. You broke the kiss before it went to far.
"Yoosung!"
"Was that not right? Did I do it wrong?" You giggled at his cuteness.
"No, it was perfect." You reply, kissing him again
