"Wh-where am I?" Johnny asked groggily. He felt as if he'd been asleep for a whole day. He tried moving, but couldn't. His eyesight was blurry and he was sweaty.
"Right where you belong nigger lover." It was Wes's voice, and Johnny knew he wasn't just in bed.
Azalea, was the first thought that came through his head. He must've said it out loud, because Wes responded.
"Oh she'll be taken care of. Right here in front of ya'". Suddenly Johnny felt wide awake. He now realized he was under restraint and tried to struggle free. It was no use. He was tied to a tree.
"I think I'll do the honors. Slit her throat. Oh oh! Or maybe me and the guys'll stone the bitch, bible style."
"Wes I swear to god, if you touch her I'll kill you!" Johnny yelled. All his dreams of running away with Azalea after school and making a family were starting to fade. It brought tears to his eyes.
"Oh shut the hell up! There is NOTHING you can do! I knew you and that nigga had something goin on from the get-go. Now thanks to your friend Lucille, we all know the truth!"
A crack of lightning echoed through the air and Johnny hoped for the best, but knew the worst was to come.
