You will never know who is strong and who is not,
You cannot tell it through a person's appearance.
Not because she's fighting for other people's battle,
You will now consider her the toughest.
She hides behind the mask of gladness,
And covered herself with an armour of bravery.
She stood proud and mighty with her head held up high,
With a heart who is willing to help others out.
Yet after the battle, her strength left her,
She was left with no one, and was about to unmask.
As soon as she removed her mask of felicity,
Tears rolled down her face, and she fell on her knees.
This is the true face of a courageous warrior,
As bold as rock on the outside, yet as soft as cloud on the inside.
She needed someone, just like others needed someone,
To help her stand up, and to continue fighting with all her might.
