Later that night-
Tom and Haz are at the door. I let them in and Tom gives me a big hug. "I've missed you so much. How've you been?" he says. "I've been good. Thank you again for helping me pay for the therapy." "Yes, of course. It's not a problem." "Tom!" Anna jumps on him and he catches her and smiles. He kisses her cheek and sets her down. I look at Haz with a confused look. "Uhhh, am I missing something?" I laugh. "Yeah. I'm sorry I didn't tell you. Tom and I have kept in close contact, and we started a long-distance relationship not too long ago. Are you mad?" "No! Why would I be mad? Actually, I've always thought you guys would be cute together." "Aww, really?" she smiles big. "Yeah. C'mon, let's go in the living room," I say. We play truth or dare for a while. Someone knocks on the door. It's Isaac, so I open the door. "Hey, Isaac. Come in." "Hey," he says, stepping in. "I didn't mean to intrude. You just forgot your jacket," he says, handing it to me. "Oh my gosh! Thank you! I almost forgot." "No problem." "Well, do you want to stay? We're playing truth or dare, but we can watch a movie or something else instead." "Uh, sure." "Okay, great!" I say before we go to the living room. "Hey everyone, this is Isaac." "Hey, Isaac," they say. "This is Tom, Anna, my sister, and you already know Haz or Harrison." "Hey guys," he says back. "Hey, is it okay if we watch a movie now?" I ask. "Sure, that's fine," Tom says. Everyone agrees. Half way through the movie, Anna and Tom won't stop kissing. "Get a room!" Haz says jokingly. "Not a bad idea," Anna says, taking Tom's hand and walking to her room. Haz looks at me with an iconic surprised expression. I stare straight ahead, shaking my head with a little smirk. I end up falling asleep. I wake up when the movie's over, but I quickly close my eyes because I'm still tired. "Such an angel," Isaac says, looking st me. "I know," says Haz, "an angel that never deserves to be mistreated". "Okay," Isaac chuckles. "You do anything to hurt her, and you're not going to be laughing anymore." "Bro, chill." A minute later, I pretend to wake up. "You guys ever leaving?" I ask. "Yeah. Maybe in a couple hours," Haz says. I laugh. "Well, I'm gonna go," says Isaac, "I'll see you tomorrow, y/n." I get up and give him a hug, "See ya." We walk to the entry, he leaves, and I close the door. "I don't like him," Haz says. "I noticed," I say, leaning against the door. "How?" he asks. "Umm." "You weren't sleeping that whole time, were you?" "It's really annoying that you know me so well." "Sorry," he says sarcastically. "But, seriously. I meant what I said. I still care about you," he says. "Thanks, but I'm fine. Really." He gives me a hug. And I think, this time, he doesn't want to let go.
