{Your POV}

When I finally woke up, it was about twelve in the morning. I really wanted to move but I was tangled up in Laurance and I had a throbbing headache. Ugh. I felt disgusting. My head hurt so much that I didn't realise Laurance's head was in the crook of my neck, making me extremely warm in the neck.

Finally, I got enough courage to get up. The head ache only increased. I sloppily made my way to the closet. The only thing I had in mind right now was getting out of this tight dress. Not really looking at what I put on, I slipped on a long tee shirt that went down to my knees. I slowly made my way back to the bed and cuddled up next to Laurance, burying my face into his chest.

*The next morning*

"Y/n, Laurance? You ok?" I heard, as my eyes slowly opened.

"What?" I questioned. The lights shining through the blinds killing my eyes. The person, more like people, at the door were Garroth and Dante.

"You two look like trash." Dante said blatantly as Garroth elbowed him in the rib.

"You guys ok?" Garroth ask, concerned. I nodded my head in response.

"Laurance got sick and he then feel asleep on my lap and I woke up later with a HUGE headache and decided to change our of my dress into something else." I said looking down at the freakishly long shirt. "I think I accidentally got sick as well..." I said laying my head down next to Laurance's, closing my eyes.

"Well, the gang was actually going to go to the fair today but we can have someone stay behind and look after you guys, and hopefully not fall asleep with you guys." Dante chuckled. I hummed in response.

"Before you guys go, can you close the blinds please." I asked, reaching out to the blinds with my eyes still closed.

{Lucinda's POV}

"Well, well, well. What do we have here?" I said to myself, looking at the two adults past out on top of each other. I sighed. This is going to be a long day. "Better go make some chicken noodle soup.."

It took them about an hour to wake up. When they did, I handed them each a bowl of soup.

"Lucinda?" Y/n questioned me groggily when she woke up.

I chuckled. "What did I tell you, Y/n." I winked at her, but she was too sleepy to even realize what I meant. I sat down at Laurance's desk chair and grabbed the TV remote, flipping to the next best channel on there.

They fell asleep right as they finished their soup. I decided to take their temperature, sticking a thermometer in both of their mouths.

"My Irene.." I whispered. They were burning up. I sighed. I then left the room, knowing they would need their sleep.

{Your POV}

I woke up tired. I feel so well rested. This is weird. It's like i'm too well rested. I sat up, not realising the person beside me until they shifted.

"Laurance?" I whispered, almost not even being able to hear myself. He has his arms around my waist and tightened his grip when I moved around. My face heated up. Ugh, probably cause i'm sick. I rolled my eyes. I placed the back of my hand on his forehead to feel his temperature. Felt about normal. Taking a second, I looked around at the same room I was in when we arrived. The only thing different was the several bowls scattered on the side table. Another thing was the brightness in the room. I turned my head, making sure not to move so I don't risk losing my breath. Twelve O' nine A.M.. I layed my head back down, not sure what to do. I didn't want to leave cause I didn't want to go out at twelve at night or accidentally wake up Laurance. Where's my phone? Looking back at the bed side table, I instantly spotted it. Trying as delicately as I can, I snatch it. The first thing I do when I get it is turn down the brightness. Checking my messages, I see that no one has texted me.

Sighing, I place my phone back into the bedside table and stare at the ceiling.

I turned on my side to face Laurance. He was breathing through his mouth, probably cause his nose was clogged. I placed my hand on his brown hair. A tad bit greasy but only because he hasn't gotten the chance to shower yet. Shower. Maybe I should shower.

Ignoring Laurance's grip, I get off of the bed and search for some clothes and a towel. Once I find a suitable outfit out of Laurance's clothes, I head to the bathroom.

After entering, I search the cabinets for towels. Being fortunate, in the last cabinet I found a stack of brown towels. Knowing I have everything I need, I lock the door and undress.

The shower was pleasant until I heard a knock. Turning off the shower so I can hear the person, I picked up a slight muffle, "Y/n? You in there?" Laurance, likely.

"Yeah, it's me!"

"Oh okay, j-just making sure.." He stutters off, "Carry on." All that was heard after was muffled footsteps.

Turning the shower back on, I relax and get back in the zone.

Laurance's shirt was so baggy that when I walked out, it swayed back and forth. Luckily for me, it was dark in the house. When I walked into Laurance's room, I notice that he was on his phone, mostly because of the bright light that illuminated off of it.

"How are you feeling?" I asked, sitting down next to him.

He sat his phone down and spoke, "I'm okay, I could be better... How about you?" He then placed the back of his hand on my forehead to check if I still had a temperature.

"I'm fine, not any better than you are though." I pushed his hand away, giving a soft grin.

He returned the smile but soon dismissed it and replaced it with furrowed brows. "Where are the others? The house is basically empty, not counting us."

"I think they said they were going to a fair, lucky us, am I right?" I said, speaking in my second language; sarcasm.

He replied by giving a soft chuckle and laying his head down. "I'm not tired, you?" He turned his head to face me.

"No.."

"What do you want to do then?" He questioned, sitting up.

A moment of silence flew by as I thought about what we should do. Nothing came to mind. "I don't know.."

"Hmm, we could watch a movie..?" He suggested.

"Yeah, we could."

Sorry for the short chapter! I didn't know what to do for this chapter because honestly being sick is such a fan-fiction thing to do lmao. Anywho, it's also really late at night for me right now and whaaaaat, I'm alive?!? Also today was the first day of summer for me so I'm gonna attempt to write more (attempt is the key word). Have a wonderful night or day Idek...
