Chapter 2: Do I know you?

{Your POV}

I hid behind the couch as Aphmau answered the door. I could hear them talking and then Aphmau said, "Well let's go sit down." She said it really loud so that where ever I was I would hear it and know that this was my time. They sat down and I could see all of their heads. Aphmau turned to the person on her left and says, "Laurance.... I just noticed how dreamy your eyes are..." And she gazed into his eyes. This was going really well.

"Oh.... well..." He replied flustered. She started leaning in and his eyes widened. Right as he was about to lean in and close the gap, I jumped out and saved Aphmau from her doom.

"BOO!" I screamed in his face as he, and all the other boys, jumped. Me, Aph, Katelyn, Lucinda, and KC laughed our heads off as the 'Laurance' sat there devastated that it was a joke. The other boys chuckled a bit but not as hard as me and Aph were.

"Ha ha, very funny. Who is this girl anyways?" 'Laurance' said. Aphmau calmed down and introduced me to them.

"Laurance this is Y/n, Y/n this is Laurance." Can someone tell me if I'm spelling his name right pls 😂 --2020 me went and corrected them so now I know that this is right--

Laurance gave me a soft smile and said, "Nice to meet you Y/n!" I gave him a smile and said the same thing. I felt like I've seen him somewhere but I'm not sure.

{Travis's POV}

"Omg Y/n I haven't seen you in forever..," I brought her into a bear hug, "Not alone buddy!" I said into her ear.

"Oh I remember you!" I heard Garroth say behind us. "Your Y/n L/n, also known as N/n. Your the girl who would always hang out with B/f, right?" She let go of the hug and looked at Garroth.

"Wait," She said pausing, "GARROTH RO'MEAVE???" She hugged him as they smiled a wide grins. "Wait a minute!" She exclaimed. "Katelyn! Kawaii~chan!" She stared at the two girl and then gasped, "Laurance!" She turned over to him and lost her words. She then basically tackled Laurance to the ground.

{Your POV}

Laurance was my best friend in middle school through high school. Once we both graduated and went to collage I guess I just forgot about him. "Umm.... I'm sorry but who are you?" Did he not remember me???

"Uhm I'm your BEST friend! Y/n L/n?! We spilt and went our separate ways after high school!"

He stared at me for a second and gasped. "Man, Y/n, you changed. How was collage? People there didn't hurt you, right?"

I laughed and said, "I'm fine Laurance. What about you?"

He moved into a criss cross and then said, "Eh. It was okay. It was a bit weird the first year because I didn't know anybody." I nodded. It was weird. I didn't know what to say afterwards, so I just listened. "Cadenza is OK, she could be better. She is sick so..."

He didn't get to finished his sentence because I blurted out, "Oh, I'm so sorry is she OK?" The sudden blurted out made the room go quiet. I snapped back into reality and realize that he was staring at me in an awkward way. I screwed up. "I'm sorry, I blurted out." A moment passed with silence between everyone. "I should go." I then walked towards the door. Everybody watched me walk out the door and close it behind me. My sister didn't even come with me. I then approach my own doorstep and walked inside. "What a day." The now cold popcorn bowl still sat on my table. I then sat on the couch and played my movie. I silently ate my popcorn and watched. Maybe tomorrow will be better, I thought.

Welp, yeah...
