Harry's POV
As I walk out of class, Kate is outside waiting for me and standing right beside her, Luke. I see Janiah run to Luke and.. hug him? "Hi Harry!" Kate yells out, waving her hands. "Hey Kate, glad you waited for me!" I say as I run over to her.
"Hi babe." I hear Luke say.
Babe?
"Hi baby." Janiah says back.
Baby?
I see Kate mouthing the words "lets get out of here" while she rolls her eyes at Janiah. My heart hurts, knowing she's gone back to Luke. Luke hurted her. How could she go back to him?
"Are you fine?" Kate asks. "Yeah, why wouldn't I be fine?" I answer back as I try to laugh. "That's the fakest laugh I've ever heard." Kate says. "Hey!" I say as she starts to laugh.
"Hey! Harry!" I hear someone yell out. I turn around to see who it is, and I see that it's Niall. He's in my math class and he laughs at almost everything. "Oh hey Niall, what's up?"
"We're having a party this Friday. You should come and see how us Californians party." He laughs.
"I'll try man."
"Oh and you should bring that lady friend of yours." He whispers in my ear.
"Kate?" I say out loud.
"Yeah man! But not for me! For you!"
"Oh, its not like that. We're just friends really!"
"That's what they all say!" He says as he starts laughing. "Well I hope I see you at the party! I'll text you the address!" He says catching up to his friends.
"So are we going?" Kate says in excitement.
"Erm, yeah sure."
"Yay! I've never been to a party." She says as she squeals.
"Never?"
"I know, never." She says, now with less excitement.
"Its fine, I have never been to one either!" I say as we both laugh.
"So tell me your story already"
"My life story?" I ask, even though I knew what she was talking about.
"No you idiot! What happened to your face, Janiah!"
"Oh right."
Janiah's POV
"So you wanna get back together again?" Luke says with the biggest smile on his face.
"Yeah."
"That's great baby! I've missed you." He says as he tucks my hair behind my ear.
"Um yeah. So are you going to that party on Friday?" I say changing the subject.
"Hell yeah. You think im not? Of course I am! And you're coming with me." He says grabbing my waist and pulling me closer to him.
"Get out of here if you're gonna be wanting to do that!" the janitor yells out.
"Oh god. Well I gotta go. I'll see you tomorrow ok?" I say.
"Ok. I love you." He says, looking into my eyes.
"Uh yeah. Bye!" I say giving him a peck on the cheek.
