The bell just rang; I am released from school and art. The first thing I noticed as I walked out the door is that Levi was just sitting on the sidewalk, soaking. What the heck could he have done to get wet? It isn't like he is some sort of human moisturizer.

I walked over to him, set my bag down, flopped onto the ground, and said, "Hey, Levi."

"Hi. Belle right? I am not one hundred percent sure because I couldn't really hear anything in art class. I don't know why, but I just always have a really bad ringing that goes through my head."

He said it with enough passion that I am sure he wasn't making fun of me. He looked kind of worried about it though as if it is something that has been bugging him for a while. I looked over at him softly.

How could someone so tender be so sad? What is wrong with him? He has got a ringing in his ears too? Maybe I can help me and him if we figure out what this is. Maybe it is a sign like I thought. Maybe it is a warning, a warning that the end of the world is coming.

I need to reign my pessimist in. I can't be doing this around a new student.

"I wish that someone knew what it was like to be an outcast though," he sighed as he pleaded. "I wish someone could help me. I wish that I wasn't who I am!" He started yelling at the top of his lungs. What could be wrong with him? He has a perfectly gorgeous body, really nice messy hair, and a charming smile. What else could girls want out of a guy like that?

"What school did you transfer from?" I asked him softly. Nothing prepared me for the name to come.

"Chaska."
