Carlos came later that day to surprise Jane. When he came, he found his journey and her pen besides it.
"Oh no. No no no no no!" he said while walking to the table. "Dalmatians!"
He ran to the hideout to find Mal, Evie, and Jay.
"What happened to you?" Mal asked.
"Jane found out."
Suddenly, the room got quite. "How?" Jay asked.
Carlos opened his journal and handed it to Evie. "Awww. That's so sweet!" Evie gushed while reading.
"Do you think she's gonna still talk to me?" he asked once they were done.
"What do you think?" Mal asked, already knowing the answer.
"No," Carlos said as he plopped down on the couch. He buried his head in hands.
"Why don't you just go talk to her? Maybe she has feelings for you," Evie said pitting a hand on his shoulder.
"And what if she doesn't?"
"It's worth a shot," Jay said.
"Fine." He got up and walked to Jane's house with his friends wishing him good luck.

Once he arrived, he snuck into the house and went to her room. He knocked on the door, which was open, and scared her.
"Ahh!"
Carlos laughed. "Relax. It's me, Carlos." He sat next to her on the bed. "I know you know," Carlos said, seriously.
"What do you mean?" she asked.
"Jane. Don't act like you don't know."
"Know what?"
He got closer to her and she scooted away. "Why are you scooting away, then?"
"No reason."
He scooted closer. "Then, stop."
She scooted away. "Uhh... Umm..."
Carlos put his finger under her chin and kissed her. She tried to get away but she couldn't. Jane eventually melted into the kiss.
A few minutes after he felt her kids back, he pulled away. "Will you be my girlfriend?"
Jane looked away, rubbing her arm. "I don't know. What about your mom and my dad or Gil?"
"Don't worry about my mom. She doesn't care. And Gaston doesn't even care for, just like my mom. Gil might accept."
She thought it over and then said,"Fine. I'll be your girlfriend."
They both smiled and kissed each other before they went and told Carlos's friends who approved. Next was Gil who also approved because he knew Carlos would take good care of her.
