How could he, how could I! Rage was coursing through my body as I escaped the club. Why did I so easily fall into that playboys arms. I needed to think and fast. I saw a taxi and ran to it! Just as I approached the last of the steps two hands engulfed my waist. I didn't even need to turn round to know who it was. My heart was beating so fast I though he might be able to hear it. Why couldn't he just leave me alone?
"You must know mi Belleza it's rude to slap the person who saved you from harm"
"A man of your build should hardly of felt anything from that slap" I retorted
"Now, now put the claws away! From the way you kissed me back there you obviously feel the attraction, so why don't you just give in?" he questioned.
Was this man having a bloody laugh, seriously! He might be something of a Greek God with his looks, but did he really think I was that easily charmed.
"Look mister I don't know who you think you are! I didn't come out tonight for a one night stand and even if I had it wouldn't be with someone like you!
"What do you mean someone like me?" he shouted
"Someone with all the money in the world that he thinks he can throw it at people and control them like puppets on string"
"What have you got against us people with money? why categorise us as the same sort of person, we aren't and to be quite frank it's insulting" he replied
"I'm sorry really I am, but I find it hard to trust people like you. I don't mean to insult you individually, you might be really nice! However past experiences don't prove others of your kind are" speaking softly I explained.
"Give me tonight to prove we aren't all the same" he requested
"No it's getting late, I should really be going home" I sighed
"Come on mi Bellaza just one chance the night is still young if you let it be" he purred.
Why did I find myself thinking about it, he was anything but safe. He did however make my heart pound and my head hurt! To be quite honest though, I just wanted to be with him against all my better judgements!
"OK one night to change my mind, but no funny business"
He laughed and said "whatever you say, although I think I could change your mind"
