THE VERSE:
You and Oliver are OLYMPIANS competing at the 2018 PYEONGCHANG GAMES. Oliver is the two-time defending gold medalist in the Pairs Free Skate and a respected veteran on the ice.

If your muse is FEMALE, they are Oliver's new skate partner after his former partner was injured after the last Games and decided to stop competing. You've been working with him for three years, and you've become very close. This is your first Olympics, and he's been helping you handle everything so far.

If your muse is MALE, you aren't his skate partner because that's just a male/female thing, but you can pick whatever event you want for your muse to compete in. You're also a first-time Olympian who's become very good friends with Oliver and you've been relying on him for tips on how to deal with the pressure of being on the world stage.

STARTER:

Your muse is in his/her room, and the gravity of the situation has just dawned on them. They're in the Olympics. They're competing against the best of the best. Their competition is tomorrow, and they're high-key freaking out.

Oliver knocks on the door, headphones in his ears and looking like he doesn't have a care in the world. Your muse opens the door and is greeted by his easy grin and confident aura, and he walks in and looks around without saying a word. Finally, he turns to your muse, who has started pacing across the floor, shaking his head.

"Okay, whoa. Where'd this come from?" he asks, referring to the sudden nervous energy engulfing the room.
