I woke up agitated next morning. I always walked to school with Taehyung.Well, I didn't walk to school with him, I walked to school behind him.
I should try and get to school before him. Maybe I could get to school without awkwardly explaining my feelings.
I brushed my teeth and gulped down my breakfast, smiling at my mom.
I grabbed my backpack and dashed out my front door.
"Bye, Mom!" I yelled before closing the door in a hurry.
I dashed down the street, almost turning the corner when I heard the familiar sound of Taehyung's door opening.
Oh shit OH shit OH shit OH shit OH shit OH shit OH shit.
I ran faster, trying to escape.
"Jungkook! Hey! Jungkook!" Taehyung yelled, starting to run. Unfortunately, he was a much better runner than me and quickly caught up to me.
I slowed down once I saw I could not escape. Oh shit.
"Jungkook," Taehyung smiled, "hey,"
I smiled awkwardly before looking away and staring at my feet, "Hey," I mumbled.
"Um, so I wanted to talk about yesterday?" Taehyung commented slowly.
I grimaced and stared more intently at my shoes. I needed to escape.
Now.
I mustered up all the courage I had and turned to face Taehyung, "I'm sorry but I have a project that I need to go work on," I lied, "so maybe we can talk after school at the Blue Moon Cafè,"
Taehyung looked taken aback at my sudden explanation and nodded, "Sure. I'll wait for you after school near Mr. Lee's room,"
I sighed and ran off, this time, Taehyung not following me.
How could he be so polite when he caught me spying on him? He really is perfect.
Well, I guess I managed to say more than 3 words.
Proud of me, Mom?
-I sat my butt down in biology, ignoring the fact that Taehyung was staring at my back.
I squirmed in my seat, feeling his eyes on my back. Did he hate me? Did he think I was a pervert now? Did he tell everyone? I grew hot and anxious.
I chewed my fingernails nervously. I grew more and more uncomfortable by the second. Sweat beaded at the top of my forehead. My heartbeat quickened to a time signature of 16/18. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore.
I needed to leave. Or else I would probably have a panic attack and faint in front of the whole class.
I raised my hand in a flurry.
The teacher quickly took notice upon me.
"Yes, Jungkook?" Ms. Yoo said, looking at me expectantly.
"C-can I go to the w-washroom?" I rushed out, biting my lip.
I could still feel his eyes staring at my back.
Ms. Yoo nodded and turned back to the rest of the class. I almost jumped up from my chair and rushed down the hall to the washroom.
I pushed open the door and, thank God, it was empty. I ran into one of the empty stalls and sat on the toilet.
I clutched my head in my hands and rocked back and forth. I did the exercises my therapist told me to do.
Deep breath in. Deep breath out.

They weren't helping. Tears streamed down my face as I clenched my fists. My heartbeat seemed to quicken even more than it already was. I muffled a sob by biting my lip, the sound cut short echoing around the washroom.
I heard the door open. I heard Taehyung's voice. Why, oh why, was he here? My heartbeat slowed down infinitely.
"Jungkook? Are you okay?" He called, his voice deeper than than ocean, "I can see your feet. I can't hear you peeing or smell you pooing," he continued, then paused, "Unless your poo is scentless,"
I smiled. How was he so perfect and innocent?
I quickly wiped away the wetness on my cheeks and hoped the redness of my eyes and nose would fade.
I pushed open the stall door and glanced at him, greeting him with a dry chuckle.
Taehyung looked surprised at me coming out so quickly. Then he noticed my puffy face as I washed my hands.
He furrowed his eyebrows into a worried expression and walked beside me.
"Seriously, are you okay?" He repeated.
I shook my hands to dry them and looked at him intently, "I'm fine,".
I walked around him and left the washroom swiftly. I sighed.
How could anyone be so caring?

I sat down at lunch with Yoongi. He was eyeing Jimin, who was sitting beside a laughing Taehyung.I picked at my food, reminding me of the dinner with him. I glared at the table with such intensity I felt like I was going to set a fire. I took my fork and started pushing the spaghetti around, a deep frown set in my face.
"You should really eat more," a husky voice said behind me.
I turned around and saw Taehyung, looking pointedly at me and then my untouched plate. I flushed. When did he get here?
"I-I'm not hungry," I replied shakily.
Taehyung seemed not hear my words, "Eat more," he nodded, and then walked away, leaving me confused and Yoongi amused.
Yoongi turned and smirked, "Well-"
I cut him off, "Can you not today? I'm not in the mood,"
Yoongi looked surprised for a second and then nodded, "Seriously, are you okay? You seem a little off,"
"Why does everyone keep asking me that? Yoongi, I'm fine," I replied stiffly before taking my tray and dumping the contents in the garbage.

Brrrrrrggg!I groaned and looked at the clock. Was it already 3:25? I gladly took my time gathering my things and walking through the hallway.
I got to Mr. Lee's room at 3:37, where he saw Taehyung waiting patiently. How is he so patient?
Taehyung smiled at the sight of me.
"Hey!" Taehyung greeted me, smiling happily.
"Hey, sorry for making you wait," I mumbled, looking at my feet.
"It's totally fine, I get it," Taehyung replied easily before grabbing my wrist, "Let's go!"
He started running and I was forced to tag along.
6 minutes later, we arrived at Blue Moon Café. Taehyung let go of my wrist, which made me strangely sad.
He pushed the door open and held it open for me.
I took a deep breath and headed in, smiling thanks to Taehyung.
I can do this.
