I want to hug you and feel my heart loudly beating against your chest. I want to clasp your hands tightly to mine and never let you go. I want to spend every day with you by my side and every night with our hands intertwined. I want you - selfishly - all to myself and that want destroys me. Because you're you and I'm me. You're a blazing sun in a summer's day and I'm a peak of sunlight after a rain. You're a riptide with huge clashing waves meeting the surface of a cliff and I'm a tiny ripple after a rock is thrown in a lake. You're a raging storm and I'm a fair weather. You're fun and vibrant and uninhibited. You're Alaska, and I'm nothing.
