"Val... I like you... since you came in as a trainee. And knowing you now and knowing your proper personality and everything made me realise I really do like you..." I told her staring intently into her hazel eyes.

I gently held her hand and pulled her out of the cramp little area under the slide. I reached into my pocket and took out a little box. Inside was a sliver bracelet with rose-quartz hanging on it. I bought it a few days ago.

I opened the box and asked the burning question.

"Val would you be my girlfriend?"

<Val pov>

I took Jinyoung to the outdoor playground at the top of the building. I always went there with my unnies including Maybell and Tesa in the past. I brought many memories back to me and this was just like somewhere I love to be. Since its Summer the whether is good so I brought him here to eat. Because why not?

He should have been here before but judging from the surprised look on his face and the way he was staring at the surroundings, I guess this was his first time here.

It was really windy and breezy today and the wind keep flying into my hair. This is annoying. Usually I would seat on the benches around the area but the wind was annoying me so I decided to eat in this little 'hut' under the slide.

"Jinyoung lets eat inside here." I said while climbing in and setting out my food. I could sense that Jinyoung was still outside. Did he not hear me?.

I stuck my head out of the 'opening' and waved my hand in front of his face to get his attention.

"Why were you stalling outside? Never been here before?" I asked while setting out my food on the floor.

"Oh nothing big its just I never been here before so I'm just admiring the scenery." He replied. Ohh I'm correct he never been here. Pat on the back for you Val.

"Oh hahaha lets eat then." I laughed while tying my hair up in a high ponytail. I mean like who wants hair in their food right?

Jinyoung started taking off his mask. That made me realise how ridiculously stupid I was to tell him to start eating when my damn mask was still on my face. I guess I already got used to wearing the mask. Imagine me trying to eat with the mask. Embarrassing.

I mentally face palmed at my stupidity and raised my hand to my face to take off my mask.

But Jinyoung beat me to it. He lifted his hand to my face and took the mask of for me. I froze at the spot. My body stopped moving when Jinyoung's fingers trailed past my cheeks and brushed on my lips.

His touch was like an instant signal for my body to stop moving. But when his fingers touched my lips was when a bolt of electricity penetrated through my body. A warm heat rushed to my face.

I stared at him in shock. He stared deeply into my eyes that caused shivers to shoot up my back and he opened his mouth.

"Val... I have something to tell you..."

I breathed in deep quietly and nodded slightly which I don't think he saw. He continued.

"Val... I like you... since you came in as a trainee. And knowing you now and knowing your proper personality and everything made me realise I really do like you..." he said, his strong gaze locked into my eyes. It made my heart weak.

Oh my god. Did Jinyoung really just confess to me??

Is this the reason behind the instagram like??

Did he ask me out to tell me this??

Will we start dating??

What will the fans and public think??

Will they hate me??

My brain was literally crowded with questions. I snapped out of it when I felt a hand wrap around my own. I looked up to see Jinyoung pulling me out of that small space from under the slide.

He reached into his pocket and removed a small flat looking box. It made me weak in my knees. After all my experience watching cliché movies and stuff, this was making me think he was about to propose which he already kinda did.

He opened up the box and inside, I saw the most beautiful bracelet. It was a sliver chain with an irregularly shaped piece of rose-quartz which made it more beautiful.

My eyes fixed onto the stunning piece of jewellery like it was pure treasure. Honestly it was...

Jinyoung used his index finger and raised my chin upwards so I was facing him. He took a step nearer to me, reducing the space between us.

"Val would you be my girlfriend?"

My heart froze. My body froze. My brain froze.

Jinyoung stared frantically at me. He searched my face for any possible signs of what my answer would be.

In a split second, my senses came back.

"Yes!" I squealed, jumping around like a little girl who was just gifted the entire candy store.

It was extremely shocking to see the girl who was stalling and frozen just now, jumping about and squealing like a lunatic. But that girl was me. Jinyoung just smiled and leaned against the slide while waiting for me to run around the playground. Which took 2 minutes.

The playground was really big. Probably the size of a mini park. It was technically the whole top floor.

"Thank you and I have another confession... I kinda stalked you on instagram in the past..." Jinyoung said awkwardly while rubbing his neck.

I panted after finishing the round and laughed. I did not really catch what he said other than the word "instagram" and "confession". But I stalked his instagram so lets just pretend I heard him.

"Well I guess we are even." I smiled.

He bent down a bit as he wrapped the bracelet around my wrist. I noticed he had an identical one around his wrist to. #couplegoals if I do say so myself.

"Erm... lets eat?" I asked.

"Sure!" He smiled.

"Oh and Val?" He asked.

"Yeah?"

He took a deep breath.

"Val,
