Blake's POV

Why they're doing this to me, they're killing me, she's killing me unconsciously..

"ARRRRGGGH" I yelled in frustration as I clutched my hair so hard

I'd rather lose all of this strands than to lose her heart.

I haven't realized that tears began to fall down through my face...

I've seated still, at the corner part of my bed, silence was the only music can be heard and my heart who cries loudly inside of my chest, is the only noise I can feel

I can't help but reminisce what my late father had told me in the past,

'In the field of business is the same field that is applied in life, there will always be someone will hinder you to succession,

Blake, you must not involve your emotions to the field of life it will be the cause of your downfall but use your mind, you must be wiser than anyone cause life is full of surprises not knowing what awaits you,

you will never know who's eyes are on you, if you fell into the trap of anger & pain don't let it invade you for a long period of time, fight it & stand, don't lose hope because victory is just waiting for you at the end of the line.'

I had never agreed nor understand what father had said to me before but now i think it all sink in to my mind,the true meaning of it..

I let a deep sigh & lay on my bed involuntarily as i watch the ceiling from above

Father's right i must not affected by my emotions, i should fight, stand on my own as always I've done before

'Tomorrow will be another day' i said in my mind and drove myself to sleep with a wounded heart..

Catalina POV

" Mom are you okay?" Ive asked her because she's spacing out again and it's the third time she did it in front of me

"I am fine" she answered with a blank tone, its like theres no life behind it

I knew something is wrong, so i didn't think twice to ask her

"Mom is there a problem? Is my engagement you're worrying?" i asked her calmly, worried

"Ye..I mean No..umm Catalina we need to rest it's already midnight, okay?" she gave me a sardonic smile

Which proves me right that she's not okay but i leave it aside and decided to sleep already..

I gave her a peck on her cheeks before going upstairs

"Goodnight, mom don't think much" I said to her and smiled and went through the stairs..

I hope mom will open up, I don't want to see her in that situation..

Maybe I can ask her tomorrow..

Mrs. Reyes POV

As I watched my daughter walk through her room, I can't help to feel guilt inside me

I knew Mr. Gonzales, should I say her legal beau was shocked and torn on the news she've told us

Guilt, for all the good things he have done to our family, to her and we gave him this news in return just make me hate myself

I am a mother & i know how it felt when you see a child suffer from the things he didn't want to feel,

Now that he save our company from enclosure, I have decided to apologize all the things I have cause to him, & answered to his question that was leave somewhere in his mind..

Gagawin ko to kahit alam ko di sang-ayun ang asawa ko rito,

He's always against to my decision & wont let his pride down, I just hope that he will change now he is in retreat on which I wanted him to do before..

Mr. Gonzales, I will help you to take my daughter back
