As Avi freaked out about the phone call he'd have to make, Mitch finally settled on a channel that played cartoons and watched with fascination. Kirstie unpacked a change of clothes and Kevin went into the bathroom.

"Hey guys, check it out!" He said to them, and Kirstie looked first since she was right behind him.

"Woah! There's a hot tub!" She exclaimed, and Avi and Mitch rushed over to look.

"Cool!" They both said in unison.

"I GET FIRST DIBS!!!" Kirstie yelled, before quickly stepping inside and slamming the door closed.

She laughed as they banged on the locked door and happily walked over to the big tub. The shouts and banging got a little annoying so she finally piped up.

"Cut it out guys! Lady's first!" She told them as she turned on the water.

She heard groans and a few protests, but eventually everything stopped. Smiling to herself, she let the water start to fill the tub and grabbed a bottle of soap. After pouring some in the tub, it slowly started to fill with bubbles. She turned off the water when she thought it was high enough, and checked the temperature. Warm with a slight burning sensation.

"Perfect!" She said to herself.

She did, however, wish there were a few more bubbles. That's when she noticed the button to activate the jets. The second she saw it, she pressed it faster than a tiny child going through the button pressing phase. Her eyes lit up as the jets ran through the water and more bubbles started appearing. When it was finally how she wanted it, she stripped, put her clothes in a hamper by the door, and got in.

"Mmm, this hot tub feels amazing! It's so warm!" She yelled out the door, and laughed as she heard more complaints.

Not caring about anything else, she relaxed and enjoyed herself in the comforting water. Meanwhile, outside of the bathroom, Avi had finally mustered up the courage to make the phone call to his family. A few rings later, his mothers loud voice came through the phone.

"AVRIEL BENJAMIN KAPLAN!!! I'VE BEEN CALLING YOU FOR ALMOST 8 HOURS!!!! You'd better have a good explanation for why you haven't been answering my calls OR SO HELP ME I WILL-"

Avi held the phone away from his ear and muted the call. He sighed and threw it on the bed as his mom continued to shout. Mitch looked at him confused as he put his head in his hands.

"If you don't want to hear her shout then take it off the speaker." He told him.

"It is off the speaker." Avi told him tiredly.

Mitch looked at Avi's phone with wide eyes. It still had his mother's voice yelling into the room. Avi got on the bed behind Mitch and buried his face in a pillow. A few minutes went by and she was still yelling. Mitch finally let out a frustrated groan, picked up Avi's phone, and unmuted it.

"We're sorry, but your call has been disconnected. Please hang up and try again later. Goodbye." He said using a fake voice, then he hung up the phone.

Avi shot up from the bed and looked at him.

"DUDE!!! You can't do that, that's my mom!" He said, snatching the phone back.

"Seu ponto?"

"I don't know what the heck that means but you don't just hang up someone else's phone! Especially when they're talking to their family!"

"Que pena. Besides, now she's not yelling anymore."

"She's gonna call back, and probably be even more angry than she was before." He complained as he fell back on the bed.
