Once the door was open, they slowly walked out of the room. Mitch put his hood up to try and shield his face from the onlookers. He noticed two of the three people looked up at them, but the third one was nowhere in sight. Everyone acted like they didn't know anything bad was going to happen as they walked out single file. Kirstie went to check them out while Avi and Kevin put the bags in the trunk.

Cautiously glancing around, they could tell the people were confused at what they were doing. To make them even more confused, Avi went back to room and came back out with a towel. They stayed by the car, not getting in yet, and waited a few moments. Kirstie was coming back and slowly walked to the car, not wanting to rush. Mitch finally knew where the third member went when he saw a shadowy figure start to follow her.

"Guys..." He whispered.

He didn't need to say anymore, they saw him too. Kirstie could sense a presence behind her and took a deep, quiet breath. Avi decided to walk up to her, and the man in the shadows saw him and quickly hid.

"Hey, ready to go to the beach?" He asked.

"You know it. I've always wanted to go night swimming." She replied, playing along.

"Who knows, maybe we'll get to see some dolphins." Avi continued, both of them now walking to the car.

Mitch had kept his head down when they left the room, not wanting anyone to notice him. Now he was looking around, trying to pinpoint the exact location of everyone. He could tell by their figure that the one who had followed Kirstie was Carlos. Miguel was hiding behind a truck that was dangerously close to their car. He kept looking and was surprised to find there were actually four people after him instead of three.

Seeing another hidden figure hiding behind the building gave him the chills. They were too far away for him to make out who they were. He spotted three of the men, but no matter where he looked, he couldn't find the last one.

Avi and Kirstie made it to the car the second Mitch found him. Derek was hiding behind a pillar and had seen Mitch just as Mitch saw him. They locked eyes and the moment Derek recognized him, he opened the door and jumped in the car.

"Acabou o tempo! We gotta go!" He said, and everyone else got in too.

The engine roared to life just as Derek came out of hiding and started running after them.

"DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE!!!!" Mitch yelled, and the tires screeched as Kevin sped out of the parking lot.

He started driving like a bat out of hell once they got on the road. Mitch sighed as we watched the hotel shrink in the distance. His relief was short lived as a few seconds later, a pair of headlights appeared behind them. He realized they must've hotwired a vehicle and followed them out. Mitch gripped the duffel bag on his lap for dear life as he slowly started hyperventilating.

"Oh meu Deus, they're gonna get us. They're gonna get us and then they're gonna kill us."

"That's not gonna happen." Kevin tried to reassured him.

But just as he said that, they heard gunshots behind them. Mitch and Kirstie each let out an equally loud shriek, as Kevin swerved the car. Avi looked behind them and saw someone leaning out the window in the truck they were driving with a gun. Kevin looked at the time and started driving faster than he was comfortable with.

"Mitch, do you know anything about them that could help us?" He asked, briefly glancing in the rear view mirror.

"Um... Carlos is allergic to peanuts."

"Something we can use right now!!" He shouted, swerving the car again to avoid more bullets.

"Okay okay! Um... they hate the police as much as I do, and Derek hates it when people ruin his reputation."
