The villains glanced to the clock as the minute hand moved another space past the appointed time we had planned to start at.
"I don't think she's coming." One of the men, Agent Robin said trying desperately not to sound bored or uncomfortable. It took a lot to get a bunch of villains in a room, and once they were there they wanted out immediately. What are you supposed to talk about? 'Hey Tempest Blizzard, great weather we're having! Macon, grown any more arms lately?'
It was awkward, but we had to discuss the uprising hero problem. Only one person left to arrive and yet there were still at least 6 empty chairs, so many villains had turned lately. Now if only our remaining members would show up for the meeting.
"I motion we start without her!" Tyler said, moving violently in his chair in order to catch our attention. Tyler was a buff, handsome, arrogant guy. He went by Captain Titanio, even though he'd never been a captain a day in his life. No one liked him too much, but no one disliked him enough to do something about his annoying, arrogant behavior. Except Jon Jonas, who sometimes got pretty close.
"Give her a couple more minutes," Scourge spoke up in Isabel's defense. "She'll be here."
Robin nodded understandably, but Tyler would not be persuaded so easily.
"That's not the point. We shouldn't have to wait this long for her."
"The man just said she's coming!" Jon huffed. "Where is your patience?"
"I have patience, Jonas, I just don't like to wait when it isn't at all necessary! If she wanted to be a part of this meeting she should have gotten here on time like the rest of us."
Jon rolled his eyes but didn't say anything else. He looked like he was ready to rip Tyler's head off.
"I hereby call this meeting to order!" Tyler shouted. The room immediately erupted into protests for waiting longer, and shouts of 'who put you in charge?!'
Suddenly the door slammed open and the room went silent. In walked one of the most beautiful women in the world, flanked by two thugs.
She swung her hips like a boss, brown hair flying and dancing like she didn't care if we stared. She knew she was beautiful and wouldn't be ashamed of it, no matter how any man perceived her beauty. Her body was radiant, her eyes shining, she was something of a goddess. There was something playful in her smile as she confidently entered the room, but the second she stopped the room shook, her entire being sending out a commanding signal like a beacon.
"Boys." Her sweet voice drawled.
Tyler stood and gave her an odd look. One that also commanded attention and demanded respect. "Isabell. We didn't think you were coming."
"I know you didn't, Tyler." She said with a wide smile as she balled her small hand into a fist and raised it to where he could see. He dared chuckle.
"Oh, going to use that dastardly weapon, are you?" He smiled and moved her hand down. "Don't darling, you'll hurt yourself."
The whole room gasped. Tyler's minions began to pray that Isabell would go easy on their foolish boss. Isabell only smiled beautiful smile, twinkling with joy. She put a hand on Tyler's shoulder and whispered something in his ear. No one knew what she said, but Tyler replied with a loud laugh before doubling over with a scream.
She slid into her chair next to Jon Jonas as if nothing had happened, ignoring the fact that Tyler was now on the floor, moaning in pain and holding his crotch with the desperate cry of a man on death row.
Everyone stared at her, shocked. Scourge laughed at the sight of Tyler whimpering in the fetal position, and Jon Jonas tried to hold back his amusement from his face. Agent Robin merely shook his head, as if he somehow had hoped the meeting of selfish, arrogant, ruthless people, literal villains, would end quietly and without violence.
"Shall we begin?" Macon asked carefully, slamming his bottom left hand on the table. The villains all nodded and Agent Robin began, explaining the problem. It was long before everyone began quietly murmuring, discussing the problem. Jon Jonas leaned over.
"What did you do?" He whispered, making it look as if they were discussing the problem with everyone else.
"I punched him in his nut sack." She said keeping her eyes straight ahead, not even bothering to look at him.
Jon also looked away, trying his hardest not to laugh, but he couldn't keep back a small grin. "You can't just go around doing that, we agree to make peace for these things. If we don't keep our word, at least with each other, things will fall into chaos."
"He insulted me, my name, my strength. He disrespected my existence as a fellow villain. He deserved it."
"True, but just because you're a girl makes no difference to the rules, next time take the fight outside."
This time Isabell chuckled. "It wasn't much of a fight, now was it? You men, I barely have to touch you and you go down like flies. I don't know why you don't always go for the balls."
Jon shook his head. "You won't understand this, but we consider it dishonorable."
"Please," she scoffed, "Toughen up, you'll be fine."
"Just don't do it anymore, it's distasteful, people will see you as dishonorable."
That time she outright laughed, getting the attention of the rest of the villains. "Jon Jonas, if you think I care whether a bunch of villains consider me of honor then you are dead wrong."
