Emma's stare bored right through both of the Reginas, making them blush intensely. Zelena rolled her eyes at her sister, and the doppelganger, at least the brunette was consistent throughout the parallel worlds, always in love with the same woman. Still nobody spoke, like some sort of spell had zipped their mouths closed, which on this earth wouldn't at all be deemed as impossible. Finally Regina, Zelena's Regina that is, God this is getting confusing Zelena couldn't help but think, cleared her throat. Even though she was aware of the fact that this wasn't her Emma, she always thought deep down she would never have the chance to talk to the blonde again, her situation at the hospital was just getting worse when Regina decided to go on this crazy mission, set out by Mr Golds evil looking twin.

"The version of Emma in the world that I'm from is badly injured, she will die If I don't find this special cure that is meant to be hidden somewhere in this world." Regina averted her eyes back to the floor, as she saw the clogs turning in this Emma's brain.

"We thought seeing as you are a different version of our Emma you would have some Idea of what the cure could be, and where it could be hidden." Zelena continued for Regina, she could tell that this was all very hard for her, understandably. Emma took her hands of her hips, the judgemental look beginning to fade from her face, as a look of concern took over. Other Regina had wrapped the blonde up in her strong safe arms, and Regina couldn't help feel a slight twinge of jealousy, If only she could do that with her won Emma. But she was afraid even if the blonde woke up she would never love Regina again, after she pushed her away with so little care.

Emma pulled herself away from her own Regina's grip, as she walked over to a small chest in the corner of the room, underneath a window sill. Emma opened up using what looked like magic, Before she pulled out a small vile filled with a clear liquid, she carefully walked back towards the group of women who were looking after her in confusion, even her own Regina was unsure what the blonde was up to. Emma held the vile out to Zelena who took it graciously before handing it to her sister. Still Emma was quiet before she sighed heavily.

"Someone once told me that a time would come where I would have to use this in  order to save my own life, and I have a feeling they meant I had to use this to save your worlds version of myself." Emma explained, smiling as she noticed the relieved looks that broke out on Zelena and Regina's face, as her own Regina give her a loving kiss on the cheek.

"Thank you!" Regina exclaimed clutching onto the vile tightly, she was determined not to let go of the vile until she was safely by Emma's bed side once again. Just as Zelena was about to turn on her heels in a move to follow there footsteps back to where they entered this magical world, she realised that they never actually had a way of getting home. Emma saw the looks of hope slowly change into defeat on her visitors faces, she furrowed her eyebrows, wondering what on earth could be wrong.

"What's wrong?" She asked, maybe they were thinking that the liquid wouldn't be enough to heal whatever was ailing the other version of herself.

"We don't actually have a way of going back home." Zelena groaned pinching her temples in frustration, there was just roadblock after roadblock on this quest, and Zelena was sure this was the one they had no way to overcome. Thats until she noticed the crafty smile that had appeared on other Regina's face as the woman dissipated in a cloud of smoke before reappearing only seconds later, this time she was holding a pair of Ruby slippers in her hands, she placed them on the floor in front of the other version of herself.

"Put them on, and think of home, hopefully they will return you there" other Regina explained clearly and without asking any other questions Regina did exactly as she was told, for maybe the first time in her entire life. Regina held out the hand that wasn't holding on to the life saving vile, and Zelena grabbed hold, she wasn't feeling exactly happy about this latest form of transport but it looked like to be their only option.

"Good luck" Emma said with a smile as she watched the women disappear in a cloud of smoke.

Regina held her eyes closed tightly, scared to open them in case they were somewhere that they didn't want to be, she felt Zelena let go of her hand and breathe a sigh of relief.

"You did it Gina! We're home!" Zelena said happily, Regina opened her eyes and found herself standing at Emma's bedside, the blonde still unconscious, and Regina had no idea how long she had been gone, it had only felt like a day at most, but it could have been moths, or hell, it could have been years. "I'll leave you to it" Zelena whispered before walking out of Emma's hospital room giving the two of them some much needed privacy.

Regina popped open the vile of liquid before tipping Emma's head back and pouring it down her throat, before standing back, she prayed then, she wasn't sure to who exactly, but she prayed none the less. Regina began to loose hope after about an hour, the blonde still hadn't moved a muscle, Regina slumped her tired body down on the chair beside Emma's bed.

"Hello" A week voice came from the bed, Regina sprung to her feet, she was awake. Emma was awake.
