You lived in the small town of Nassau. Which was a haven for pirates wanting to trade all sorts of goods they had received on their last hunt. You were a quiet, independent woman named (Y/N)
With beautiful (E/C) eyes.

You worked at the tavern, you admitted it wasn't the most thrilling or amazing job to have but it paid enough for food and your home.

"Darlin' can you go clean the tables outside please?" The bartender asked as he was trying to re-ensure that there were no ghosts in the tavern. You nodded and headed out.

The Sun was large and the day was hot. With a few ships that entered the harbour this morning, ment that the mijority of pirates would come to the bar or to the whore house.

You quickly finished cleaning the round tables and as you pushed in the final chair, a rat ran under and straight towards you. You were startled and lept back making you fall onto someone.

In complete embarresment you stood up and repeatedly apologised to the man.

"I am so-so sorry sir!" With your cheeks now a bright red, the man patted the dust off himself and laughed.

"Ahh no worries lass, it was an accident." The man smiled. He teeth were as white as snow and his voice sounded so rich in his accent. Still embarressed you started to mess with your fingers.

" the names Edward. Edward Kenway" the man bowed slightly.

You looked up and smiled." (Y/N), (Y/N) (L/N). A pleasure sir." You bowed back. Edward moved his hand closer to your face and move a stand which covered a third of your eye.

"The pleasures all mine." With that comment you began to blush luckily it was Inbedded with you already red cheeks.

"(Y/N)! Hurry up will ya? These mugs ain't gonna fill themselves up with rum!" The bartender shouted. You sighed and look at Edward.
" I'll see you round lass... you seem interesting" Edward smiled once more and kissed the top of your hand.
"See you around."

And with that, you went your seperate ways. Your heart racing and your mind filled woth thoughts and questioning what the hell just happend. A large smile with painted on your face and you just couldn't stop.
