Connor x reader (requested)

Connor and I had been waiting for at least a rabbit or some sort of prey to run past, Connor promised to teach me how to hunt bigger animals in the future like deers and bears but for the mean time small animals had to do.

Connor was only a year older than me but yet I didn't mind, I looked up to him and a teacher, and a friend but I still had feelings for him.

" (y/n) , there is a rabbit, set up a trap here and we'll hid behind this bush."

I nodded as I placed a few berries down on the floor and walked off.
I currently had a dagger and my trusty bow with me. I waited for the rabbit to eat the berries but something loud came towards us both... something big...

"  (y/n)! Run I've got this!" Connor shouted and a bear came towards this. I wasn't just going to leave him there. I sprinted to a tree and started the climb.

I drew my bow and one pointed arrow and aimed straight for the bear. My breaths were steady and so was my hands all I had to do was wait for the perfect time...

The bear roared and was ready to jump on Connor, I relised the arrow as I hoped that I was able to hit it.

The bear stopped mid air and fell straight onto Connor.  I shouted his name to see if he was alright, I didn't hear a response.

I jumped down into a hay bale and ran towards the now dead creature. Connor pushed of the bear and laughed.

" Connor! You scared me!" I sighed in relief knowing that he was Ok.

" Thank you, (y/n)." He made eye contact with me and smiled before leaning in and kissed me lips. His were gentle but yet had some roughness towards them. My cheeks burned and I didn't know what to do. Soon I joined in the kiss and now we were both synchronised.

" Connor I. ..I. .." my lips trembled ad I was stuck and couldn't move,

"(Y/n) I've wanted to tell you this for so long but I love you." A soft grin appeared on his face as his hazel eyes glistened. He looked so perfect

                 "I love you to."
