Chapter Twenty: "Say what now?"

A/N Unexpected plot twist ahead and might be very confusing. And this chapter may be a little offensive, but I don't mean any offence by what is in this chapter. It is just to add a little comedy in the next thing said. But I apologise for those whom may be offended.

"I am very sorry to do this to you all but, due to massive decreases in Wizarding population, ever since the war. Our numbers have decreased dramatically. So, we are proposing that everyone has to get married this month and start reproducing. Me and the teachers at Hogwarts have made a plan to make this school year two years long. All contracepting spells and charms will be removed. You have already been put into pairs. One male and one female. We will then 'Drug' you all to be attracted to each other. If there is any problems please stand now." Kingsly paused. Me, Blaise, Draco and Ginny all stood up. "Miss. Granger, Miss. Weasley, Mr. Malfoy and Mr. Zabini please state your issue." Kingsly said. I looked at Ginny.

"Minister, we can't state our issue in public." I said to him. My Gryffindor bravery showing through.

"Alright. Follow me." Kingsly said and walked out somewhere. We followed him. I had to hold Ginny and Blaise back as they nearly ran.

"Please, state your issues Hermione." Kingsly said to me.

"Kingsly, I am a vampire, Ginny is a vampire and Draco is a werewolf. I turned Ginny and both me and Ginny turned Blaise because he died and Ginny was killed by her brother and Blaise died of shock. Ginny is Blaise's mate and vise versa. I'm Draco's mate and again vise versa therefore being unable to marry anyone else or concieve with anyone else." I said to him. He nodded.

"Right, well I'll read out the list as normal if your with someone else I'll make last minuet changes." Kingsly said before walking abck into the Great Hall. We followed. The unlucky students are paired as follows. Afterwards, go join your partner on their table. Boys go to girls.

Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger.

Luna Lovegood and Neville Longbottom.

Ginny Weasley and Blaise Zabini.

Harry Potter and Pansy Parkinson.

Ron Weasley and Astoria Greengrass.

Theodore Nott and Daphne Greengrass.

Cedric Diggory and Cho Chang." Kingsley said but paused there for moment to make sure everything was okay. The he continued. This went on for around two hours.

"Now, let's discuss some rules. You can't hurt your partner in any shape or form. I know this is a lot to take in. The adults have to marry and conceive too so don't worry.That will be a whole other assembly though. In the next four years you must have at least carried two healthy living children. There is a contract you have to sign. And even if you might be attracted to each other due to certain reasons like, other people noticing who you might not want to not notice. You will receive two rings and you will live in your own dorms. For those Heads and Deputy Heads which work suprisingly well for situations, you two pair will share your own tower. This is because you are heads and will get less sleep due to work and might miss luches and dinners." Kingsly stated but got interrupted.

"SAY WHAT NOW! They get thier own kitchen and are probably already a couple and I get a gay finance are you trying to annoy me?!" Pansy fumed. I laughed slightly. Pansy glared at me I tried to hold back the laughter.

"Miss. Parkinson. I assure you that we didn't pair you with anybody who is 'gay' on purpose to annoy you." Kingsly added also trying not to laugh.

"Can we not discuss my sexuailty please?!" Harry said trying to change the subject. Kingsly nodded and continued.
