Chapter Nine: Wolves Bane.

"What?" I said scared. I knew what a werewolf could do to a vampire.

"I'm a werewolf. I won't hurt you Hermione. I can't hurt you anyway."

"YES YOU CAN! You're a fucking werewolf!! You can kill me with one bite! The only way for us to survive is if we never get intimate, which is a life I don't want, but your my vampires mate." I said ending calmly and in tears.

"Hermione, don't cry. I won't hurt you. Your my werewolfs mate too."

"How? I'm not a wolf."

"A wolf's mate can be human. You where human when I last saw you, and even then I loved you. But I'll be very possesive and protective of you."

"Worse than a vampire? I doubt that."

"What do you mean worse than a vampire?"

"Vampires and Veela are very protective of their mates and depending on the type can be very loving. They can also be highly manipulative, well vampires anyway as they can compell anything including each other to protect their mates or gain food or whatever."

"So you can compell me?"

"Yes. But I haven't. I do have a weakness. Something that blocks me out of people's minds I just haven't found it yet."

"Why?"

"Because I can't touch it."

"Do you know what it is?"

"Yes."

"What is it?"

"Wolves bane."

"Hermione..."

"I know."

"So you can't compell me?"

"I can. And I always will be able to."

"Why? How?"

"All the normal woves bane has been perished from the earth in beliefe of it being poisenous when it isn't it was the only thing keeping them safe."

"So it's all gone. What about the wolves bane I'm using and all the other werewolves?"

"It's a copy. Does the same thing for wolves but not vampires."

"Shouldn't you be happy it's gone?"

"Yes I am and I'm not. It means I can access anyones mind and that's scary. I can manipulate and control anyone I want."

"Hermione love, come here." Draco said to me and I went over to him. He kissed me and I kissed back. He knew that I needed calming down.
