Chapter 4

they were sitting in math class together, and purdy saw nicole struggling with math.
she finished her math sheet in under ten minutes,
and he was tapping his pencil on his head with a pondering expression.
she asked him, "why are you stuck?"
he said, "i don't know what to do."
she asked, "you read the directions?"
he nodded.
she read out loud to him, and it was like something clicked in his brain. he smiled.

the bell rang for transitioning classes.

"stupid internet won't load," she said.
"hm, looks like you're not connected to wifi," he said.

the bell rang some time later.
purdy and nicole walk down the hallway then turned to the right where they see the stairs, walking towards the stairs.

she began to doze off and closes her eyes,falling asleep.
