Positive Charge

Chapter 10

After going to all of the colored sections, Nicole says, "I feel like I want to get a lavender bra today."
     Nicole led Purdy to the lavender section.
     "Hey, let me pick one out for you. I just want to help you. I bet I will pick out the exact one you had in mind without you telling me," Purdy says.
     Nicole smiles, nodding.
     "Go for it," he says.
     Purdy looked and ponders for several moments, rubbing her chin in anticipation as she circles around the rack. Suddenly, she looked excited.
     "Ah-ha! I bet it's this one!" she cries.
     She now has a bra.
     The small size bra straps has lace strips, and each cup is covered in lace with a tiny bow in the front. She proudly shows it to Nicole.
     "Man, I swear you can read my mind!" Nicole exclaims, making Purdy giggle.
     She explains why she this one for Nicole, "I circled around the rack until I spotted my eyes on one that just screamed your name all over it!"
     She hands it to Nicole.
     "Thanks," Nicole says.
      Nicole takes the training bra off the hanger.
Then he walks over to see the counter.
The Verner Paton designed checkout counter is located at the front entrance to directly to the left of the door.
He sees his cousin, Dove Reese, working as a cashier.
Her facial features are long pointy nose and a thicker bottom lip.
Her eyes are large.
The retail counter is in the shape of a large rectangle with the top being lilac and the bottom was turquoise with a display window with pictures tapped behind it of sampler pictures.
When you come in and turn left, you are standing directly in front of Dove.
The floor underneath the counter is in pastel tiles.
Nicole hands the training bra to dove.
     Dove says to Nicole, "It is so good to see you. How are you?"
     Nicole says, "I'm doing really good. How's Uncle Swan and Aunt Falcon? I've missed seeing them."
     Dove says, "They are doing well. Is this pretty little lady you have here your new girlfriend?"
     Nicole says, "Yes, this is Purdy, Dove, and Purdy, this is my cousin Dove."
     Dove smiles, then gets out a plastic retail shopping bag from under the counter.
The bag is a medium sized cloth reusable bag with handles resembling purse handles.
The color is lilac with a training bra outlined in white.
She lays it on top of the counter and puts the bra in.
She hands it to Nicole.
