"Honey, have you seen Eunmin this morning?" Mrs Shin asked her husband.

"No, why?" Mr Shin replied without looking away from his laptop.

"Honey, she's not in her room!"

"What? Have you tried calling her?" Mr Shin looked up immediately, alarmed by the fact that his daughter had gone missing.

"Her phone is off or dead, I don't know." Mrs Shin said as she called her daughter's phone again and the

"Call one of her friends? I'm going to do a checkup on who we had a problem with lately." Mr Shin said, typing intensely into his laptop.

"Urgh, honey! I thought we had a deal keeping her out of this?" Mrs Shin rubbed her temples.

"I did! I never mentioned about having a daughter!" Mr Shin retorted as he continued to type.

"You know, sometime I felt like I've made the wrong choice getting married with a mafia leader." Mrs Shin buried her face in her hands.

"Does anyone by any chance has a charger that I can use?" Eunmin said, waving her dead phone.

"Yeah sure, in my room." Jihoon said without looking away from the his game.

"And where is your room?" Eunmin raised an eyebrow.

"Oh, that's right. Follow me." Jihoon sighed and stood up and signaled Woojin to pause the game.

"Thanks." Eunmin whispered as she followed Jihoon up to his room.
Jihoon had a huge room; a king size bed, TV, a study desk, his own bathroom, a wardrobe and a walk-in wardrobe.
Eunmin gasped at the sight of it. It was amazing. Although her old room was twice as big.

"Here's the charger." Jihoon handed her his charger.

"Thanks." Eunmin said happily before plugging the charger in.
She smiled at the reassuring sight as her phone comes back to life.

"Uh, I'm really sorry that you got involved in this." Jihoon said as he scratched his nape awkwardly.

"Eh, I guess it was my own fault too, if only I made it to the bus stop on time." Eunmin said, avoiding any eye contact.

"I—"

"Park Jihoon! What's taking you so long! I'm going to play with Jinyoung if you don't get down in two seconds!" Woojin yelled from downstairs, cutting off Jihoon.

"I'm coming!" Jihoon yelled back.

"Just put the charger on my desk when you're done." Jihoon said before rushing out his room.
After Jihoon left, Eunmin finally got time to check her phone. 63 missed calls and 182 texts.
Eunmin dialed her mother back.

"OH MY GOD HONEY WHERE ARE YOU?!" Her mum immediately picked up.

"Uh, mum... I'm fine and I am..." Eunmin said as she walked down the stairs to the boys.

"Honey where are you?" Mrs Shin asked again.

"I'm at..." Eunmin started then muted her mic for a second to ask the boys what to say.

"At a friends house!" Jihoon said.

"School!" Woojin exclaimed.

"I'm at a friend's school." Eunmin said after unmuting her mic.

"No! I meant, I'm at school with a friend." Eunmin facepalmed at what she said.
Woojin and Jihoon giggled.

"Are those boys I hear?" Mrs Shin asked.

"No! Those are my friends! Their voice sounds weird because they had been singing loudly until then." Eunmin glared at the two as she lied to her mum.

"Anyways class is about to start, I gotta go. Bye mum, love you." Eunmin hung up before her mum could say love you too.

"A friend's school hahaha." Jihoon mocked.

"Shut up!" Eunmin said in embarrassment.

"Ah, while we're still on the topic of school. About school, you still need to attend since the school will contact your family if you're not there." Jisung said as he ripped open a sachet of packaged coffee and pouring it into his mug.

"Are you serious? But if I don't go home tonight, they'll still suspect things." Eunmin groaned.

"This is why we are going to negotiate with them. Today, right after school."

"Just a friendly reminder; school starts in fourteen minutes from now, so if we don't want to be late, we better get going now." Daehwi said as he took a bite out of his sandwich.

"I don't have my bag or books." Eunmin said while looking at everyone else, who are already dressed and ready to go.

"It's ok we got that sorted. Minhyun!" Jisung called from the kitchen and Minhyun came in with clean uniform in one hand and bag in the other.

"Oh. Thank you." I thanked him as he handed them over with a warm smile.

"You should get going now." Jisung said while eyeing the clock.

"We should, alright kids get in the car." Minhyun said as he opened the front door.

"We'll wait for you in the car, five minutes." Minhyun said as the last kid walked out of the door.

"Alright, go get changed." Jisung shooed the girl into the bathroom to change.

"Two more minutes before we leave, sweetie!" Daehwi yelled from the car.

"Daehwi I swear to god I'm two years older than you." Eunmin rolled her eyes as she climbed into the car.

"Alright no fighting." Minhyun said as he started the engine.

"Have a good day at school and everybody meet at the gate when school ends, I'll come and pick you up along with the others." Minhyun bid the kids goodbye as they all jump out of the car one by one.

"Thank you for the ride." Eunmin said before getting out of the car.

"Wow, no one ever thanked me for driving them. I feel appreciated for once." Minhyun said in shock.

"Well, you deserve it!" Eunmin said before running off to catch up with the others.

"Maybe Woojin ran into the right one." Minhyun smiled to himself as he watched the girl run off.
