What happens when one person makes a different choice?
Kimberly Riley gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Brooklynn... but this time... someone was standing in the delivery room with her.

She hadn't been home for over four months, any longer and Franco would go go to Italy and fetch her himself. He had been busy helping the Boss with their territory extension but that didn't ease the anxiety of not seeing her for such a long time. So far he had done everything that Lisa had told him to do. But he would never be able to truly get what he wanted until she came back.
After going on a "business" trip with the boss last week, Rita had informed them that Brooklynn had called her and informed her that she wanted to come home. Franco didn't even wait an hour before calling her to confirm and make sure she wasn't playing.
For the past week Rita had been running all over the place to get everything ready for Brooke's return.
She had bought fresh flowers to decorate her room and had been deep cleaning the house for days just to make sure everything was spotless when she came home. Rita had even collaborated with Kim to bake some of Brooklynn's favorite desserts. Junior had been in heaven the entire time because he had been "taste-testing" everything.
It was currently three in the afternoon and Brooklynn's flight was supposed to land at six.
Franco wanted to be the one to go pick her up but Kim and David insisted they be the ones to pick her up. Franco wasn't happy but he had backed off only because the Boss reminded him that it was only fair for a mother to want to see her daughter after such a long time.
"Franco- What is that?" Rita asked as she looked down at the luxurious box that Franco was tapping on impatiently.
Franco looked away, clearly slightly embarrassed.
Rita almost smirked before examining the box further, she had seen the company online before so she knew exactly what was inside.
"I guess normal bouquets of flowers are out of style right? Why don't you take it to her room. She's going to love them," She told him with a hand on his shoulder. She wanted to tease him, but she knew how excited he was to see her again so she decided to cut him some slack for now.
Franco only gave her a half smile before carrying the box of over priced roses up to Brooklynn's room. He had ordered the luxury flowers after being teased incessantly by Don.
"You're so whipped, next thing you know you're going to by her one of those cheesy flower boxes from Instagram!"
If Franco hadn't been thinking of his plans for when she returned, Don might have gotten punched in the face.
When he found out Brooklynn was returning, all Franco could think about was buying her a gift that would make her happy. In the end he had opted for a simple bouquet of roses but since Rita was already talking about decorating her room with them, he decided that he needed something more permanent. Lo and behold it turned out that those "cheesy flowers boxes from Instagram" actually lasted one or more years.
