Chapter 18

Tom POV

I made my way towards the Ministry of magic (In a glamor of course). There were wizards surrounding me left and right it was just to easy.

Many of my death eaters were scattered throughout the ministry at the moment watching and waiting for my signal.

Harry was also here keeping an eye on Dumbledore and the others. Draco couldn't be here and had to stay at Hogwarts and I know it pained him to not be here when Harry was in danger. However it was all about trust right now.

There was a sudden explosion then from behind me. I could hear my death eaters yelling curses and screams rang out. A small smile graced my face as I made my way towards the center of the room.

I looked around a saw Severus taking out Aurors and minister officials. My death eaters would keep everyone occupied here. Dumbledore would be too busy and not realize what was happening before it was too late.

"Come we must be going" I said to the remaining death eaters. I grabbed my portkey and in my pocket and vanished. Once we landed on the grounds my death eaters surrounded the school. From the inside Neville was watching and waiting for us so he could signal to the Slytherins and few others to attack from the inside.

We made our way through the hall. A few kids were running around in a panic. It was lunch and the perfect time to have everyone in one place was the Great hall. The Slytherins had done a good job. Keeping mostly everyone in.

There were several students on the ground either dead or stunned. Not soon after Minerva and a few Aurors arrived wands drawn. Everything was going smoothly it was the perfect distraction.

Harry POV

The moment Tom left I made my way over to where Dumbledore was. This was the perfect moment to strike down my opponent once and for all. With Tom at Hogwarts everyone would have to split up. Many and most of the Aurors would be going to Hogwarts. Dumbledore would want to stay here though.

This was my moment to strike. I removed my disguise and pointed my wand at my neck. making my voice heard throughout the entire room.

"DUMBLEDORE, I BELIEVE YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ME" Everyone stopped what they were doing except the death eaters who were left and leaving quickly.

Dumbledore gave one look at me and yelled "Arrest him now and take him to Azkaban." But I held fast.

"YOU CANNOT TAKE ME TO AZKABAN WITHOUT A TRIAL DUMBLEDORE. OR ARE YOU TO GOOD FOR THE LAW" Many people were silent and looked between the two of us forgetting momentarily about what just happened.

Severus were currently keeping up a shield so no one could get to me. "YOU CANNOT SEND ME TO AZKABAN WITHOUT A TRIAL. OR BY USING VERITASERUM" Dumbledore growled

"I can do whatever I wish" that had many people gasping. It was then that Severus spoke up. "If you wish to do something so badly Dumbledore than why don't we settle this now." Dumbledore shook his head.

But I could tell he was having a hard time coming up with an answer. "The treat is gone now Dumbledore, if you wish to send the savior of the wizarding world to Azkaban you better have some good proof of what he did. You think anyone believes what the daily Profit says the only thing that goes in it is lies and everyone knows it."

Amelia Bonds said coming to the front of the group. "This is a waste of time_"

"Well I don't think it is" Amelia said handing Severus a bottle of the truth potion. Severus made his way over to Harry and placed a few drops on his tongue. "What is your name?"
