Take The Dive

*Eunjoo's POV*       

After school I wanted to hang out with Donghyuck but he had rehearsal so I spent the afternoon with Seulgi. 

"Hey Eunjoo," Seulgi says as I got in the car. 

"Hi unni," I said

"Where do you want to go?" 

"To the mall," I know I'm pretty basic. 

"Alright, while we're at the mall I am going to buy you an outfit for you so you can impress the boy you went to school early for." She's never going to let this go. 

We arrived at the mall and we went to a really nice clothes store and Seulgi bought me a black skirt, a red button up shirt, and suspenders. I tried them on and it looked great and I knew Donghyuck would like it. 

"Oh my gosh! Eunjoo you look so cute" Seulgi says. I guess this outfit got her approval. We check out and head over to the food court and grabbed some food. 

"Eunjoo I need to talk to you," Seulgi says. I didn't like when she talked to me like this. Most of the time it was never a good thing. I nod as if I was telling her to continue anyways. 

"So in a month SM is holding auditions. I really think you should give them a try. I know you think you aren't good enough, but you are. Honestly with more training you could be an even better idol than me. Before you shoot me down completely just think about it please." I started crying internally. No one has ever told me I was good enough to be an idol. 

"I'll think about it," I say giving a smile even though I am 99% sure I won't be auditioning. 

The rest of the week was the usual go to school, come home, do homework, eat, hang out with Yuna, and then sleep. Today was Friday and I was super ready for this weekend. I got to school early same as I had all week and went to hang out with Haechan. 

"Eunjoo, Come here hurry," Donghyuck says as soon as he sees me. 

"What?" I say as I run and slide into the desk next to him. 

"We are hanging out this weekend Okay," He says giving me his signature pout. 

"When you make that face it is impossible to say no," 

"Alright, I'll be over at 5:30. Don't worry I already asked your mom and I am going to cook dinner for you guys," He says giving me the biggest smile ever. 

"Oh Okay. I can't wait." It's kind of funny because my mom always says the only way for my future boyfriend to get approval from her he must try to cook her a meal. 

The rest of the day dragged on and on until we finally got out of school. I run home and told Yuna about what is happening and she tells me she has already known about it. I changed into the outfit Seulgi bought me, applied some natural makeup, and braided my hair into pigtail braids. Once Yuna and I decided to jam to NCT before he got here. I was in the middle of rapping Taeyong's rap in Mad City when I heard Donghyuck's cute little voice. 

"I may or may not have been outside your door for most of the song," I am so embarrassed. 

"That was really good. I've never heard a girl rap as well as Taeyong hyung. You are really good," I almost start crying. Maybe I should audition if everyone thinks I'm this good. 

"Thank you so much," I smiled. 

"Alright well I'm going to make dinner now. I think you guys should come downstairs just in case I need a little help."

We walked downstairs and helped Donghyuck make some type of noodles he had a recipe for.  We waited what seemed forever for it to cook. We all sat down at the table and started eating. These were the best noodles I have tasted. This made me fall in love slightly more. What can't this boy do.

I figured out the answer to that question an hour later when Haechan, Yuna, and I were doing karaoke. He can not rap at all it is so funny

"Haechan you know you can't rap right," I said giggling.

"Well maybe you can teach me," I laughed even harder at the thought of me teaching him.

"I don't think I could help."

"Oh really, anyways I bet you can't out sing me," He says as he crosses his arm.

"Try me, pick a song and I'll sing the whole thing beautifully."

"Alright sing 'Why' by Taeyeon sunbaenim," Well this was going to be easy this was one of my favorite songs to sing. I sang it without messing up a single note.

"Wow, you really are good at singing and rapping. You have to audition for SM you would be the perfect idol," I blushed. Why is being so sweet today?

It soon became late and he had to go home. I never wanted this night to end I never wanted him to leave my side.

A/N I am so sorry I haven't updated much lately I've been so busy with school and sports. I'm on spring break now so I'll try my hardest to update a lot.
