Chapter 1

Alex's P.O.V.

Hi I'm Alex,Alex Smith. I'm a 15 year old girl that lives a normal life and goes to school everyday and makes my 9:30 curfew everyday.... Ha just kidding. My life is everything BUT normal. For one i am a cat-bird-human hybrid i have cat ears,claws, and tail and also wings. I can fly and land on my two feet easily without the use of my wings. Me and my 'Family' are all very unique because we all are 2% cat, 2% bird, and 96% human. Our wings,ears, and tail are retractable. Our ears blend into our hair easily. And our tails pull into our clothes nicely. Our wings can snuggle and fit flat onto our backs which comes in handy when we try to act 'normal'.

Let me introduce my 'family'. I am Alex Haily Smith BUT call me anything other than Alex and you die. I am 15 years old and the eldest of our little 'family'. I have shoulder length dirty-blond hair with a few blue high-lights. I also have pale blueish-green eyes. I am also 5'9''and I have fairly whiteish-tan skin. I am head-strong, leaderly,brave, resilient, and outgoing. I enjoy hanging out with my family and especially my best friend in the family Gray.

Next Gray. Gray Tyler Johnson but we usually just call him Gray or Night. He is also 15 but a month younger than me. He is my second in command and my best friend in the world. He has Jet black hair with a blue bang highlight. He has either very deep midnight-blue eyes or black eyes all together. He is 5'11'' but he used to be shorter than me. His skin is a pale tan color. He is a silent,care-free,thoughtful kind of guy who listens to most orders unless he finds it necessary to not follow them.

Xander Jackson Holt is also another 15 year old like us but he is 4 months younger than me and 3 months younger than Gray. He has redish-orangey-blond hair that reaches a little bit above his shoulders. He has a deep hazel eye color that is almost chocolate. He is 5'10'' but he also used to be shorter than me. He is a little perverted and can really get under your skin let me tell you! He is also ready to fight if necessary he is another one of my best friends and he is also considerate sometimes.

Kim Nancy Tanners but we usually call her Kim or Kimmy she is 14 years old and almost 15 in 3 months. She has hazel-black hair that reaches down almost to her mid back. Her eyes are a pale greenish hazel color which i find cute on her. She is 5'6'' and she has a very tan almost hazel skin tone. She is very girly and loves to wear dresses-bleack- and loves doing our hair and make-up if needed. She is also one chatty caffey once she starts she won't stop until you slap your hand over her mouth. She can be cute sweet and kind but also fierce, dangerous, and lethal when she wants.

Tim Evans Jacobs. We call him Tim or Ev he is 11 years old and has a younger sister named Tarry. He has Blond hair with a hint of strawberry in some of it. His eyes are a brilliant sky blue that look almost heavenly. He is 5'5'' and has creamy-white skin like that of an angel. He is very guy like especially when it comes to destroying or blowing things up. Xander is his master and he is the young, eager apprentice. He is a cute kind thoughtful smart 11 year old with cat ears,claws, and tail and an additional pair of wings. He also has a very 'sensitive' digestive system where his farts come as......mini atomic bombs in which case means head for cover with a gas-mask.

Last but not least Tarry Willow Jacobs We call her Tarr,Tarry, or Will she is 9 years old and has a older brother named Tim. Her hair is also blond but more golden than Tim's and had faint strawberry highlights in it. Her eyes are also a brilliant sky blue like Tim's that are also in fact almost heavenly. She is 5'2'' and has creamy-white skin like an angel. She is calm and collected and also acts more 6 than 9. She loves animals and likes to hang around me a lot and she knows i love her so much because i practically raised her.

That's my 'family'.
