Liven like a Hobo

Alex's P.O.V.

As we flew away from civilizaion i saw Gray pull up and flank my right side. I smiled and flew closer to him.'' What'cha do'in?'' I asked him. ''Flying'' he said smirking. I frowned and scowled at him and said''If your gonna be a smartass then i guess i'm not gonna talk to ya anymore.''

''You couldn't NOT talk to me'' he said cockily.

''No way'' i said with a scowl.

''Yes way'' he said smirking.

''Whatever this is soooo stupid'' i said to Gray. He shrugged. I looked down surrveying the ground when something caught my eye.

'' Hay, Gray'' i said.

"Hmm?"

"What's that?" i said and pointed to what i had seen down below. Gray glanced down and furrowed his eyebrows."I don't know....but i don't like it" he said. Suddely there was a bang,like from a gun, i looked down and saw a small object zooming towards me.

''ALEX!!!LOOK OUT!!!'' Gray yelled up to me.But it was to late the bullet peirced my arm going straight through it and then going through my wing. I wailed and began to plumet like a dead weight. I heard Kim and Tarry screaming my name but everything was starting to fade away. My eyes fluttered shut. I then forced them back open as strong and tender arms wraped around me holding me bridal style. I looked up at my saviors face and saw Gray looking down at me concerned.'' You okay Al?'' he asked me. ''Yeah'' i rasped and then shifted in his arms so i could get out of his arms.He gripped me tighter saying''You can't fly''.

''What the Fuck? I can to Gray!Heck i can fly better then you damn it!'' i yelled at him.

''What i meant was you can't fly cause your wing's been shot'' he said.

Then muttered''*Moron*''

I punched him with my one good arm''I heard that you dumbass!''

''Whatever'' he said.

As we continued to fly i remembered what Gray had said that i was shot.'' Hay, Gray'' i said."Hmm?" he replied.

''How bad?''

''How bad's what?''

''My shot wound in my arm and wing?'' i said anxiously waiting his answer.

"We'll have to wait till we get to a cave." he replied.

''I don't wanna wait til we get to a dunbass cave GOD DAMN IT Gray!!!'' i snarled in his

face. He looked down at me than smiled, not smirked but a real-evil- smile.''Gray...'' He then did the unexpected. He dropped me!I plumeted like a bag of rocks.''GGOODD DAAMMMNN IIITTT GGRAAYY HELLLP MEEEEEE!!!!!!!!'' I all but screamed bloody murder. I then felt stroung tender arms wrap back around me i looked up and saw Gray smirking down at me and said"Than stop being such an asshole and wsit to we get to the mother-flippen cave...ok?"

"Mother-flippen?" i smirked.

''Wanna free-fall again?!'' he asked.

"N-n-noo" i stuttered. As Gray flew an injured me and the rest of the family to a cave.
