Flowers and Worries. (Rise of the Guardians fanfic.)

Chapter 3

Jacks POV

I wake up and see Aprils awake.

"Morning sleepy head, how was your sleep?" April asks.

"Good. How was yours?" I ask

"Good," she replies.

Once I fully wake up, we walk around. I start to wonder where everyone is. "Where is everyone?" April asks.

"I don't know."

"We should go look for them," April says.

"No we should just wait here and if they don't come back soon then we can go after them," I reply.

We wander around Norths workshop until we hear Pitches laugh. We freeze. Then we hear North yell "RUN!"

We start running. Once we make it to our room, we lock the door and hide.

"It's going to be ok." I tell April.

She then passes out.

Aprils POV

As soon as Jack says "It's going to be ok." I pass out. This time the nightmare is about when my dad died. me and my brother race home when all of the sudden we hear a person yell "WATCH OUT!" That's when Jordan and I turn around. We then see our dad sink into the water. I start crying. Jordan then runs to dad, when I catch up with him, he's standing there crying. we both cry. I then start screaming when Jordan starts pelting rocks at me, that's when I realize that North looks a lot like my dad. I then realize North is my dad. That's when I wake up.

I see Jack, North, Tooth, and Sandy all standing in front of me, and Pitch is on the other side of the room laughing. Then I stand up, and run to North and hug him. When I look up at him he seems shocked and happy. He hugs me back. I then walk over to Jack and hug him and he smiles. That's when the battle really starts. Magic flying in every direction. I look all around me and see that I'm the only one able to do anything.

"What are you going to do now that you have no one to help you?" Pitch asks.

"I will fight you," I reply. I then turn around and grow some vines out of the ground, pull them out and use them as whips. I start fighting Pitch with the whips. I'm able to fly around the dust that he throws at me. When I finally whip him a couple of times he disappears, and is nowhere to be found after.

When everyone has gained there strength they all tell me how good of a job I've done.
