Flowers and Worries. (Rise of the Guardians fanfic.)

Chapter One reveiw of the past year.

Flash back to a year ago.

--------------------------------------------So leading up to becoming a guardian, Man and moon said nothing to me. Nobody believed in me so I was basically a loner.

One day I was starting to plant flowers when I saw Norths' Yeti's came towards me. All of a sudden they picked me up and carried me towards the magical portal as we went through the portal I fell asleep. Then when I woke up North, Tooth, Sandy, Bunny, and Jack were standing in a circle surrounding me. Then North said "Good she's awake." Everyone was smiling at me which made me confused. Then Jack helped me up and I said thanks. Once Jack said "Man and moon choose you to be our new guardian."

I knew with out a doubt I knew I was a guardian. I took the oath and life went back to normal. We had weekly meetings. If anything changed we were to notify North immediately. Cause usually Man and moon only choose a guardian because something bad was going to happen, and nothing bad did happen till last night. When we all had to sleep at North's place because North had a feeling in his gut that something bad was going to happen. So we all slept over.

Once I fell asleep I started to have a nightmare. I was running through the forrest when all of a sudden I became mortal again. Then I was locked up by my mortal older brother. I tried running but I couldn't escape my brother. Then he beat me up with a brick and I was scream my head off. I tried to hit him or kick him but he had tied down to a metal bed I kept screaming hoping that someone would here me, but nobody did. My Brother was just about to hit me again then I started waking up.

When I woke up I heard Jack yelling, "WAKE UP APRIL! WAKE UP!" Then I asked North "How long was I screaming?" Then Tooth said, "I was screaming for at least an hour and that they all thought that I was going to die." North said he had a feeling that Pitch would come back. I then went to the bathroom to check to make sure that the dream wasn't real, and it wasn't real. I then looked into the mirror pulled my blonde with pink highlights back into a high pony tail and looked into my light bright green eyes and tucked my wings back into there place cause they were crinkled.

After I was done in the bathroom I told Jack about the nightmare. And he told me about his nightmares that he has had, and we spent the rest of the night talking. I then told Jack how I think my center is love and he agreed.
