CHIKO'S P.O.V

"Damn, Kaila. You don't have to tell the whole neighborhood," I said once she quickly stood up.

"Oh, sorry," Kaila said sitting back down and showing us the paper, "Who signed that?"

We looked and Dwena said, "The Ruthers, (pointing) thats their signature."

"Exactly," Kaila said

"So, the reason why were here is to look at a signature by the Ruthers?" Aggie said

"No," Kaila said, "Don't you get it, this tells us that Tiffany is trespassing and an Arsonist."

Mr. and Mrs. Brown eyes were so wide you can fit your fist in it, but not really, but thats how it looks like.

"Ummm....sorry. What is happening right now?" Mrs. Brown said.

"Mr. and Mrs. Brown, you made this contract 11 years ago with the Ruthers, right?" Kaila said standing up again.

"Yes, that's right," Mrs. Brown said

"And it was only signed by the Ruthers, correct?" Kaila said.

"Of course," Mr. Brown said

"And do you know who belongs the company now?" Kaila asked.

"Their son, M.J," Mrs. Brown said

"Yes, but are you aware that his business doesn't concern your contract?" Kaila said

"Wait, what?" I said.

"Huh?" Dwena said

"Wait, what are you saying?" Mr. Brown said.

"Your contract was signed by the Ruthers, but not M.J --Rogers," Kaila said.

"Wait, she's right. Now M.J is a foster child, he is now with the Rogers," I said

"So that means----*gasp* your daughter is an arsonist," Aggie pointed to Tiffany.

"However, she burned down M.J's place, and without this contract, that means, Tiffany Brown is trespassing and she burned it down which means she, Tiffany, would have to pay for the damage she has caused," Kaila said looking at Tiffany.

Tiffany walked in and said, "This can't be, right Mom."

"Oh, yeah. Don't worry, if you don't believe us, we'll just slowly call the police and tell them that Tiffany Brown invaded M.J's place, (grabbing the phone) BY BURNING IT!!!" Aggie said.

"Wait, wait, wait," Mrs. Brown, "What if we pay for the damage?"

"Sure," we all said.

"And we don't have to tell the cops," Aggie smiled.

Mrs. Brown looked at her husband and he shrugged and so did her. Then Mr. Brown pulled out his check book and gave us a check. We took it and Aggie, Dwena and I was about to go out but then Kaila was like

"Wait a minute," Kaila said.

"Is there something wrong?" Mr. Brown said

"Tiffany did destroy two other of M.J's place," Kaila said.

"Tiffany Corky Brown!" Mrs. Brown shouted, and once she said her middle name me and Aggie and Dwena giggled.

"Mo-mm!" Tiffany said

"Quite! You could at least think about consequences, young lady!" Mr. Brown said, and Tiffany left the room and we can hear her stomping. Then Mr. Brown wrote another check but double the amount he gave us first.
