Stage 3: Jimin's Pain

                             While U.S, Europe and many Asian Countries may be showering Jikook with lots of acceptance, love, appreciation and recognition, it wasn't certainly the case for their home country. Even during this future where BTS was widely known, their own people in South Korea still needed to come to terms with same sex relationships. Unfortunately, Jikook still needed to hide and seclude their relationship from the public eye to avoid speculation, unnecessary scandals or issues, by bringing someone close– a fellow staff member or a friend, to hang out with them when they plan to go out together for a date. Unless the member among the public eye was a hardcore and a loyal Jikook ARMY, then that feat can be easily read through the lines. This was often times hard for Jimin to handle.

He may not show this part of a million worries in front of Jungkook and the rest of BTS members, or to the ARMY in public. But when he found himself alone in the BTS Mansion any time of the day, he would dwell at a secluded corner inside the dark movie room and reflect.

With only the canopy of artificial stars at night covering him in the dark, Jimin would sat in his favorite place in the middle of the front row, reclined his seat and stared up at the ceiling that sparkled down on him while he clutched the fluffy stuff toy Kooky close to him, thinking about many things; things which he thought didn't deserve his worth. It was neither about his looks, his health, his diet styles, nor his live performances together with the group. Those things were all about the repercussions behind loving the only man he had looked after wholeheartedly for so many years since the man was still 13 years old, and from whom Jimin's love continued to grow stronger day by day. . . . Jeon Jungkook. . . .

It was Jungkook who was constantly with Jimin throughout every single difficulty that he had faced. Jimin would have fallen apart, if it hadn't been for this guy who put him back together. The more he tried to distance himself from the Golden Maknae, the more driven Jungkook was to look for every single way he can just to draw himself back closer to him. The more Jimin ignored this guy, the more he saw how Jungkook wanted to touch and hold him tight. Jimin's heart would race in unimaginable rhythm every time he would see a stream of tears fell down from Jungkook's eyes when he tried to press the guy for answers. While Jungkook tried to explain his side, his voice broke, tearing Jimin's heart to pieces. Only then would Jimin stopped his antics. He cannot go on watching this guy get hurt any further, because no matter how hard he tried, he would still found out that this guy never lied to him at all. Everything that Jimin saw in him was all he got. When Jungkook made a mistake at times, no matter how big or small, he would hold Jimin close to him, and humbly apologized softly to his ear while in his arms. Oftentimes, Jimin would do these things just to test how truly loyal Jungkook was to him, and he would think of ways on how to make the guy fight back. He wanted to see how far Jungkook would go, if he showed himself unwilling in their relationship. Most of all, Jimin only wanted so much to know just how much Jungkook loved him. The long line of years of watching Kookie's real tears, the painful expression on his face and all of this his actions proved it. Yet Jimin wanted more. . . He wanted more than that. . . And as always, he would get everything that he could ask for from Jungkook, in full. . . All the time the young guy never failed to give him what he wanted without any complaints. Jungkook would give him nothing more, nothing less. And that was all love. . . . Just love.
