Author's (mwah) POV

As Link walked along the trail through the Dueling peaks, he constantly thought about the dog's marking on her head.
Me: It's a boy you idiot.
Link: Shut up. No one asked.
Me: Dont tell me to shut up. I'm the one writing the book. Now, be quiet and go with the story.

Link's POV

I finally reached Kakariko Village with my horse. I went to all the stores, only buying what I need, like arrows and food. I also bought some stealth clothes, son now I am completely broke. After I played hide-and-seek with this kid, I left the village.
Since I had recently killed a Guardian, I found a core and some springs and gears in it. I decided to head to Hateno Village next where I could trade my robot stuff with Purah. To be honest, she was really annoying, but I had to learn to like her because first of all, she gives me good info, and second of all, she's Impa's sister.
When I got to the lab, I traded my machinery for the tune upgrades, then left. The only thing left for me to do is get the last memory, then get the master sword.

Wolf's POV

I wandered aimlessly through the tall grass, trying to find something interesting. A little ways away, more of those weird red pig things were dancing around a fire. Now there were other colored ones though, like blue black and white. Above the fire was some good looking meat. I circled them a bit until I realized there is no way of getting the food without getting hurt.
"I should've stayed at the stable..." I trailed off until I saw something, or someone hiding in the grass. It pulled out a bow and aimed it at one of the red things. As it fired, I realized I was looking at the guy from the stable. The one with piercing blue eyes.
As the arrow hit the monster, it alerted all the other ones, and the started charging him. At first he dodged their attacks while hitting a few blows, but the longer it took, the more he got hit. He was getting slower and slower at attacking and dodging, so I did the unexpected. My brain told me not to get involved, but my legs were already running/stalking the monsters. Next thing I knew I was ripping of one of the monster's arm.

Link's POV

I stared in awe as I saw the wolf from the stable rip a monster's arm to shreds. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing, so I lay still on the floor, waiting for him to finish. My arm was bleeding badly, but I didn't seem to notice. Nothing hurt more than my head right now. As I watched the wolf finish off one of the white bloodlines, my vision started to blur. I set my head down in the grass as the wolf walked over to me and sniffed me over.
He started to nudge my bag, and when he finally opened it, a fairy came out and flew around me. In an instant my arm stopped bleeding and the throbbing pain in my head went away. As my vision cleared, I turned to the wolf and studied him. His eyes were an icy piercing blue, and the bottom of his ears were pierced, holding two blue, round earrings. In the center, between his ears, was a white mark. It looked like a diamond with a dot in the middle. It seemed oddly familiar, but I couldn't place where I had seen or heard about it. In fact, the entire wolf seemed familiar, like I had met him a long time ago.
    Bark!
The wolf yapped at me, breaking me from my thoughts. I dug through my bag, seeing how the wolf's ribs were showing, then gave him some cooking chicken. He layed his paws on my lap as he ate, glancing up at me from time to time. I know him from somewhere, I thought. I'm gonna name him...Bandit!

Wolf's POV

Once I finished the food the boy gave me, a got up and stretched. The boy did the same, then started to walk away. He stopped then turned around to look at me. I found this as n invitation to follow him. This was a perfect time for me to investigate him. After the fight, I knew something was up with this guy. Honestly, who doesn't suspect something from a random traveler that carries weapons l, bows and arrows, shields, and just randomly starts attacking monsters. Normal people would run or just plain avoid monsters.
With this in my head, I walked beside him along a trail that lead into a canyon thing. In between it was a river that didn't seem to stop. We continued along this path all day, then stopped next to a tree to rest. I was night fall, and around us, there were these weird pink black spark thingies just floating around. Clouds started forming above our head, very quickly. They passed over and behind the moon that was now a bloody red color. The pink and black flakes number increased, then I heard a girls voice.
"The blood moon rises once again....Please be careful, Link," the voice said in a soft tone.
So the boy's name is Link. I thought. Well, Link seemed completely unfazed by this blood moon thing, so I just went with it, and tried not to let my fur rise when I saw creatures on the other side of the river come back to life.
Luckily, none of them spotted us, so we kept walking through the night until we found another stable. The called it, from what I heard, the Outskirt Stable. There, Link took out his horse that he had to leave in the field, then went to the fire. He sat by the fire till noon.

Noon -------- Link's POV

Once we got up from the fire, I set off again on the trail to the last memory, which some painter guy told was part of the castle. I already figured out it was on the west side, but I wasn't prepared enough to get that memory a while ago. Now, I would be able to slip in and out for the memory before any guardian sees me.
With all this going on my my head, I completely forgot about Bandit! What was I supposed to do with him? He can't climb the walls and he can't use the paraglider. He would just have to sit and wait somewhere where I know he would be unharmed.
I glanced over my shoulder to him. He seemed at ease just walking around like nothing was wrong. Even my horse seemed to like Bandit, and vice versa. It's to bad I would have to leave him for a while. He is a really good fighter, better than the other wolf's that aren't friendly at all.
I looked to my right and saw we a traveled all day, and now we were across the castle, next to one of the pillars.
I studied the landscape around us to remember where exactly to come back, and saw a Guardian in the distance, but I figured it wouldn't come all the way out here, and even if I did, I knew I doesn't attack animals.
I turned to Bandit and said, "Okay buddy, I'm gonna need you to stay here while I get someone from the castle real quick. It won't take long, so just stick around here till I come back."
For some odd reason, he seemed to understand, like he speaks English, then bowed his head. I smiled a bit then started to climb my way to the memory.
