I'm sitting in the waiting room of the hospital Nicole is a true friend she took a bullet for me as Nathan did for her i cant wait until I get a chance to see them I'm so happy when I see Dr fuller walking towards me he sits next to me and he clears his throat before he speaks "Nicole's fine she was close to not making it",Dr Fuller says as I feel like a weight has been lifted of of my shoulder "and what about Nathan is he okay", I ask him he gives me a sympathetic smile "Nathan is in a colma the bullet hurt his brain he might or might not remember some of you but given with time he will when he wakes up",I say as all the color drains out of me "can I see her", I ask him and he nods I run to her room with the doctor following behind me when I open the door she smiles at me " hey beth how's Nathan is okay ",Nicole ask at first she nods but I feel like theirs something she's not telling me "beth what aren't you telling me",Nicole says wanting her to tell her the truth "Nicole your going to be mad at yourself if I tell you what is going on with Nathan",I say as she grows angry "tell me beth just fucking tell me and whatever it  I'll understand I promise",Nicole says as I give her an unsure look

Nicole's POV

"Damn beth why cant you just tell me", I say with anger in every word "okay if you want to know he is in a fucking colma because he took a bullet for you when he wakes up he might not remember us and how he told you that he loved you he might start dating that bitch makayla again and just you know she's here in with Nathan in hospital",Beth replies with bitterness "I'm sorry for getting mad at you beth its my fault why Nathan is in a colma-". I say as I get off by makayla slamming the door open "it sure is your fault you little bitch I told you to leave him alone and yo didn't so I'm going to be your worst nightmare watch your back you little bitch because I would", she says as she smirks and leaves the room "I'm sorry Nicole that you have to deal with her I didn't mean to go crazy bitch on you I'm sorry", she says as I smile "we all have a inner crazy bitch in all us believe me but I can tell that makayla is the craziest of them all", I say as we go through a fit of laughter this morning was great I got discharged and me and my parents and my dick head of a brother went to Miami to visit my aunt Rosa and cousin Rosemary but we call her Mary my mom calls aunt Rosa Rosie I call her that to when we pulled into the driveway aunt Rosie instantly bombarded us with questions she wanted to know everything I walked past her and I went in the house mom and dad can tell her the story because I'm not in the mood to retell it again when I walked in the house Mary was sitting in the living room watch TV while drawing in her journal mom and aunt Rosie say that me and Mary are literally alike I'm starting to believe it I look over to see her picture and it beautiful it looked like this a beautiful picture of a cat I looked like griffin Mary's cat "Mary is that Griffin",I ask her an she just Shake's her head "this is a magical cat named beau isn't he nice", she asked "I wish I had a pet",I say sadly because mom and dad never let me have a pet but Lucas had a parrot named Jordan that'd not fair but I've learned to leave the past in the past " if want a pet our neighbor is selling his dogs poppies",Mary says as i sit on the couch next to her "you know what maybe I will do that", I say as I walk outside to the neighbors house I'm so luck that I to more chores than Lucas and I have a job at the mall so I have more than enough money to buy a puppy I could buy two if I wanted when I was deciding what puppy i wanted someone tapped me on the shoulder and they said I'm here I got goosebumps but I shrug it off it was probably just my imagination I pick the Boston terroir they have always been my favorite dog since I was little I named him Jones named after my favorite detective show detective watch when I cake back into the house everyone was smiling I wondered what they were smiling at I turned around to see Nathan at the door "Nathan I missed you so much how are you are you okay",I ask with concern "I'm okay Bethany said I'd find you here I read your journal and I'm sorry that I had to read a journal to figure out how much i love you",he says as he kisses me "I'm mad at you for reading my journal but I'm happy that you did to", I say as I help Nathan back to his car when I was getting ready for bed a looked back on these past few weeks they were a hell of a ride but at least it was worth it I hope that it never happens again though were going to go back home in a few days I'm happy that I get to see a whole lot more of Nathan back at school I know he was here like an hour ago but I already miss him so much I eventually fell asleep wanting nothing more than to be back home
